The balloons were beautiful and the staff was helpful. They accidentally charged me twice and were so apologetic and really cared about making sure they refunded my money. Would definitely go back!

Very indignant and dissatisfied! At 8 pm I ordered balloons, and in the morning they were lying on the floor. No one warned that this would happen. When I arrived to replace them, 1 hour of waiting had passed. The holiday is ruined, I will never come back here again.

Store closes at 8pm. Walked in at 7: 40 to grab something for school. First thing they say is "we close at 8: 00". OK, I wasn't planning on taking that long, just need to grab something. Felt uncomfortable, so we left.

Party City saved me! Needed balloons filled that I purchased online… sounds simple, right? Many places claim to fill balloons not purchased at location, don’t believe it! Party City definitely does! 5 minutes before they closed, employee was a true professional & it was no problem!

Used to be pretty good, and then they decided to remodel. Made the store horrible. Doesn’t seem to be any order to anything now. Looks like a store that’s closing now.

Checked on-line for an item I wanted and went to store. They had the item.picked it up and checked out. Quick service and check out. Pleasant personnel.

I walked in a saw the ground was a mess paper pieces everywhere stafe didn't want to be there I recommend not coming here.

It was a really good place to go to really good for COVID everyone there was so nice had everything u needed and it’s just an amazing store I recommend going there

A month I went to party city Warminster and purchase a few items for a birthday party that I had to attend. Walked into the store and looked around noticing how cleaned and organized it was. I was greeting as I walked in by the cashier and was also asked if I needed help with anything. As soon as I approached the balloon counter there was a gentleman that was being rude to the associates. I waited for the right time to be help in which it didn’t bother me, I was just amazed on how one of the associate handled the situation calmly and appropriately. Couple mins later I was helped knowing that they were really busy blowing up balloons for parties.

Absolutely terrible service. Do not go here. Wanted to get a few balloons blown up. The person in front of me was told 20 minutes. They left. I ask for two balloons. They tell me an hour!? I ask what has changed and the woman behind the counter was incredibly rude. So I decided to get my own helium and blow up the balloons at home. The whole time I am waiting in line I can hear the woman complaining to her coworker about how terrible it is to deal with customers!? ! I will never come to this store again even if I have to drive further to someplace else.

They never have enough stuff. Meaning I was looking for Sweet 16 stuff and they didn't even have invitation or thank you cards but they had an 80% empty spot for it.

Very friendly staff, as is with all of them, they are a bit expensive but always have what you need
