No wait time, professional, thorough and overall great experience. When you are sick and just want to feel better this is the place to go.

Brought by 7 year old here last week and the physicians assistant Nathan was absolutely horrible! He was rude, not caring and didn’t even try to make my daughter feel comfortable for the exam. He just kept repeating instructions and wasn’t caring at all! He doesn’t have the personality for adults let alone kids. He shouldn’t ever work with kids! I thought one time there would be Ok since she was sick but now I know to NEVER go there and to wait for her pediatrician. He is seriously a jerk. Made rude comments when I mentioned her school nurse said perhaps a z pack would work so she could return for last day of school. He said rudely they stopped using them 20 years ago. What a horrible man!

Just saw Dr. Wilson tonight for back spasms. He was so kind and helpful. I believe I saw him a few years back for bronchitis. I've also seen a few other doctors here over the last few years as well. My husband and 7 yr old son have been here once as well. I have always had a fantastic experience. Everybody is so kind from the front staff, nurses and doctors.

Well it was pretty nice I just didn't know you were gonna charge me so much money only to give me a test I could have bout at CVS for 1/4 of my total charge I was expecting to get the test they send out but got an emediate one done. I just feel overcharged that's all but the doctor, nurse and staff were fantastic! Made you feel at ease and welcome and like your problem really mattered to them.

The office was very clean, organized and extremely pleasant to be in. Everyone was so kind and took great care of me! I was also in and out! Didn’t have to wait too long to be seen and diagnosed.

Best urgent care in town. Fast, efficient, up to date. Dr. Keim treated me with dignity and respect, never using the wrong pronouns despite me being non-binary. Super thorough, but simultaneously they don’t waste any time. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely DO NOT go here.go to any other urgent care except this one so you can save your time and a headache.this place is an absolute joke. Unprofessional and extremely unconscious of everyone’s time.

Go elsewhere if a Dr. Meyers is working. Mis-diagnosed a rib fracture on an X-ray and sent me to the ER with some crazy heart fluid thoughts, where 9 hours later - boom rib fracture. I had no confidence in what she said and moreover, she looked lost and confused when she was talking to me. Everything else was pretty cool but if the Docs that are the main reason you go there for help are not helpful, when why bother.

Went there Thursday for a sinus infection. The doctor who saw me was either not a morning person, just having a bad day overall, or comoletlet hated his job. He was very rude, dismissive, and did not listen to me as a patient. Im someone who suffers from extreme allergies (I take three allergy medicines a day as well as drops for my eyes because they get so bad) and instead of fully listening to what I had to say he told me I needed to take a covid test because people who "think" they have allergies actually have covid. Fast forward to Friday i woke up with extreme pain in my ears and intense pressure overall in ny sinuses. Whoch led me to believe that my sinuses were completley out of whack. Today i recieved the message that I did not have covid. Whoch completley frustrates me because i am in extreme pain in my sinuses which could have been avoided and I scould have started treatment already had the doctor actually listened to me when i went there. Overall felt like my doctor could have been friendlier and I feel as though I could have been listened to as a patient. Thank you for ruining my Easter weekend.

I had a great experience w at Patient First. I was seen quickly, the staff listened to me about my injury, prescribed AND FILLED a prescription for me right then and there. I know I won't think twice to go to Patient First again if I need care instead of a hospital ER.

I was reluctant to visit since I don't like being around sick people, but they handled the visit very professionally and allowed me to wait in my vehicle until ready to process and then visit with the doctor. Very impressed with how smoothly the visit went. My wait time was not very long and could easily be tracked via their web page.

I have been here twice, and the first time was a wonderful experience all around (I saw Dr. Shannon Lieb). The second time was this past Sunday, and I saw Dr. Barry Spector. He could not have been more arrogant, disrespectful, and rude. I think he is only there a few times per month, and I see why. If you notice him on the online schedule before you go, beware. Wait for him to be off-duty, if you can.

These five stars are for everyone else. I cannot emphasize just how lovely everyone else is. I was treated with so much grace and kindness by the rest of the staff that it created an even more noticeable contrast with Dr. Spector. Again, don't hesitate to go, just be careful who's working that day.

Went here for a supposed UTI back in October after being told CVS minute clinics do not treat male UTIs. Filled out all paperwork, provided insurance cards and payment card, which I thought was odd but anyway.

Got taken back after about 20 minutes, but then waited in medical observation room for 90+ more. Look, I get that they were a bit busy but it was not like the waiting room was packed or anything.

Finally seen and got some advice, ok.

About two months later I get a notice that they are going to bill my card $175. I thought that was odd since they took my AETNA insurance (or so they said). So I checked on AETNA website for claims and apparently at that time, AETNA had not processed this visit, so Patient First went ahead and billed me. Eventually about a month later or so, they did credit me back to my card once AETNA paid their share. Would've liked to have skipped those steps in the future. When I called about the billing, the person there said if it happens again like that, to call billing and they can like take the payment card off the account so that a paper bill is generated later giving time for AETNA to pay first. So, heads up on that.

FEB 2022 update: My son was seen at night for something by Dr. Vick, who was excellent-took his time, answered questions, and was very thorough, despite a decent wait. They seem to be one of the few places open kinda late on Sunday evenings (8 I believe) so I will give them credit for that.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Took my daughter here last night after she hit her head and split her ear open after a fall at a nearby bowling alley. Intake was fine, initial MA was fine. The male physicians assistant was horrid. Swung the curtain open, walked in without saying anything to me or my FOUR YEAR OLD and took his unwashed hands and NO GLOVES on her split in half ear and pushed it together! I was horrified. Then says glue won’t work and she’ll need stitches and restraints. Absolutely zero bedside manner and seemed completely bothered to be there. When I tell you we RAN out of there to DuPont, I’m not kidding. I would never recommend this place to anyone, ever.

Another great visit. I arrived and had an easy time registering. Within 2 minutes I was escorted to the triage area and then to a treatment room. I saw Dr. Welle and a Nurse who completed an examination and treatment. I left in less that 30 minutes and felt 100%. Thanks to the staff at Patient First.

Been here a couple times for my kids and once for myself. Staff is very nice and genuine. They get right to the point on what they can do to help your situation. They get you seen as soon as possible. The one visit it was extremely busy but I felt they kept things moving as best they could. Highly recommend.

The nurse and the office admin are completely clueless and pushes off new patients without any patience. We went there hoping to get a primary care doctor help as this is the only facility around that accepts our insurance. They could have saved us the trip and all those heart aches if they have not claimed themselves as primary care providers for those who don’t have primary care physicians. Oh well!
