Very good! I was impressed by the congenial atmosphere and the attractiveness of the facility. It is a smooth-running operation and the best urgent care facility I’ve been to. Clean, spacious, efficient. The patient does indeed come first here. I had heard positive reports about First Patient and can happily add my support and endorsement.

I was seriously impressed. I had a minor orthopedic issue, and the doc who treated me really took his time to understand the problem, provide the differential diagnoses, recommend initial treatment, and discuss follow-up. He was thorough, and I really appreciated his manner.

The initial wait was non-existent, and everyone was friendly and professional at the same time.

I have used Patient First in Devon several times. They have consistently offered quality care. The office staff is pleasant and efficient. I also appreciate that they offer labs and pharmacy services on site which is a time saver.

I'm very happy with the care I recieved today. The staff, nurses, and Dr.were kind and thorough. I was able to get x-rays completed and they took the time to try to secure me a follow up with an ortho doctor. They also followed up with me soon after my visit to ensure that I had everything I needed from them. Special shout out to Dr. Frutcher, Robin, and the xray tech that helped me.

Phenomenal practice! Place is modern, set up for Covid with multiple hand sanitation stations, and you register / sign in electronically on their keyboard system. The most courteous and helpful receptionist calls you into a private room to get rest of your info, and they soon call you back into their spotlessly clean examination area. I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the entire staff. They even have a pharmacy there in case you may opt for them to fill your medicine. Conveniently located on Lancaster Ave just east of Waterloo Rd, I recommend this practice to anyone

I will always choose patient first as my urgent care of choice. Every staff member was attentive and caring when I wasn’t feeling my best. I was even able to get my prescription medicine on site! I was in and out of the center in under an hour, all of which included intake, vitals/triage, x-ray, consultation with the physician, and getting medicine. A wonderful experience!

This was my first time at Patient First and I was so impressed! From the receptionist, to the medical team to the aesthetics, I was blown away! I will definitely be back!

I had a laceration and went to the Patient First Urgent Care Center in Devon.

I was promptly seen by a nurse who cleaned the wound and the Doctor saw me within 10 minutes after that.

Had to get a couple of staples to close the wound. The facility is clean and first rate. Dr. Vajihuddin was very friendly and professional.

I highly recommend this place for an "urgent care" type visit.

Great experience over all. Online check in was quick. Touchscreens for the patient intake process made it super easy to check in for the first time ever. Easy to figure our for anyone who uses a smart phone. Staff was able to see my with in minutes. There was no wait time. Best of all the nurse and doctor were able to solve my problem and I left feeling so much better. Thanks for the great facility. I'd highly recommend it to friends and family

I'm actually writing this sitting in one of their patient rooms. I checked in 30 mins ago, but I've already gotten an x-ray, COVID test, vitals, spoke with the doctor twice and am just waiting for my prescription. They are efficient, fast, convenient, and courteous.

Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The doctor, Brendan, was excellent and explained everything so I understood it. The nurse who took my blood pressure and weight was very kind. I was a first time patient and the checkin process was quick. I was in and out in no time.

Easy peasy touch screen check in, and the receptionist/initial contact person was nice and professional. The Dr.was efficiently thorough and very competent. Something a little odd occurred when my blood pressure was taken by the tech. Unsure whether it was human or machine error, but my arm was a little sore for a couple days afterwards. I won't hold it against them though, and definitely recommend Patient First.

It was a very good experience! I appreciated the professionalism of the entire staff; from the receptionist to each of the medical staff. The medical staff were compassionate. I especially appreciated that Dr. Hollero took her time in explaining things to me and answering any questions I had. I often feel rushed with others physicians so this was a welcome change for me. The office and rooms were clean and well organized as well. I will recommend this office to friends and family if they need to go to an urgent care site. Thank you very much!

I had pulled a muscle in my back and was in extreme pain. Patient First in Devon were very kind
and friendly; sped through the check-in process and I was seen quickly. I saw a nurse practitioner
who ordered some muscle relaxants for me. She
was very thorough, ordering another medication that I needed but hadn’t had in many months. I am very grateful for the care I received there.
