Patient First Primary and Urgent Care - Montgomeryville

I always have a nice visit at Patient First Montgomeryville. The staff is always extremely kind and professional from the person who registers you in to the nurses and doctors throughout the visit and the entire process is always quick and easy. I have recommended this location to friends and family who also love the convenience of this Patient First and the professionalism among all the staff! My husband was also THRILLED at the outcome of his visit about two weeks ago because he was able to bypass going to the emergency room and waiting there for what would have been 4-6 hours and instead was there and back within 45 minutes!

I was at at Patient First Twice this week and very satisfied with the intake process the doctor appointment, the X-ray and EKG procedures.
I highly recommend Montgomery office!

The administrator who checked me in was in training and she and her trainer were great. Their customer service was wonderful and they were so apologetic for the very slight inconveniences caused by the fact that they were training. Once I was checked in, I was immediately taken back into a room where I was asked my symptoms and told I was going to be tested for a few different viruses. I was advised the wait time would be about an hour, hour and fifteen minutes before the doctor could see me. The tests were administered, and I waited almost exactly an hour before the doctor came. Everybody who treated me had a soothing bedside manner and was very friendly. I appreciated that everybody was up front about expected wait times and that they kept to those estimates.

Patient first was the best in urgent care that I've been too. They provided excellent care.

Do NOT take babies here. Doctors clearly aren’t able to treat. Told me my daughter looked fine. Then that she had pneumonia from an X-ray. Was going to prescribe one medicine and ended up prescribing another medicine at 4x the dosage for her weight. Thankfully CVS caught the mistake. Got her into primary next day and she had an ear infection. Awful.

This was my first time at an Urgent Care. It was a very positive experience. Everyone was kind. I was fortunate to go at a time when there was no wait! I was seen right away. Every person said to me on the way out: ” I hope you feel better soon. ” The facility was clean. All staff were so respectful. I would definitely use Patient First in the future if the need arose.

Went on a Saturday morning. The staff was amazing. From checking in to the doctor. Very professional and understanding. Short wait time.

The people are very nice. My issue isn’t even the wait time. My issue is that if you look at your website, the information on wait time you provide is very deceptive. It provides time from check-in to when you get it a treatment room. The problem is that I had to wait almost 90 minutes once I got to the treatment room. Based on the information your website provided I expected to be able to be seen quickly - clearly that wasn’t the case. I was taken back as soon as I got there but wasn’t seen quickly at all. I suggest you change the metrics you provide on the website to show time from registration to time you’re seen by a provider. It would give people a more realistic expectation and the option to make a more informed decision on whether or not your company is the best place to go.

I have been very impressed with the care I have gotten at Patient First. All of the people there have been very knowledgeable, personable and caring about how I felt. The facility is very clean. I highly recommend them.

Can’t be more grateful to have Patients First near by and we use them often. Montgomeryville office has amazing staff. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable from very beginning to the end. Wait time is different but expected considering no appointments needed but great solution when u can’t even get hold of your doctor. Thank you all for your hard work!

Every visit has been great and today was no exception quick efficient clean operation wait time very short although I was first there, every time i visit is a great experience and why our own GP'S can't do the same baffles me

Overall it was a great experience. Just the wait time was a little crazy. I could understand though.

Checked in with no problems. I was seen without any delay. Everyone was very nice and professional. My visit today was very good and no issues. I will have no problems returning for a visit.

Dr. Osher and staff have treated me several times during a recent illness. The level of care and concern they have is incredible. Thier ability to diagnose saved me from a potential stroke and their follow up on my pulmonary issues have put me on a path towards recovery. I am always treated promptly, kindly and effectively.

I was registered and taken back quickly and seem by the non-physician support and physician support quickly, evaluated and finalized in an efficient and quick manner. Very happy with the service received.

Had my 1st experience yesterday at a walk-in clinic and couldn't have been more impressed. Big shout-out to Patient Care on Bethlehem Pike in Montgomeryville. Loved the staff, they were so pleasant, efficient, and facility couldn't have been cleaner. Loved the physician- Dr James Ebenshade is who treated me- and I immediately was comfortable with him. Thank you Dr. Ebenshade for your patience with my questions. So, if you need an urgent care facility, I highly recommend this one. Hopefully I don't need to go to an urgent care very often, but if I do, this is where I would go. Great job, guys! Thank you again

Second time I visited “Patient First” on 309 and I would go back there again. The people in the back who took care of me were so very nice and I feel the dr knew how to treat my problem.

Medical staff seems alright, but admin/check-in folks could use some training. Twice they screwed up my father's billing (per the main billing department - the admin staff here never scanned my father's insurance info into the system, so he kept getting overbilled), and twice had to sit on hold for 30 min to try and figure out what was going on. Thankfully, the main billing department was finally able to get this cleared up; but such a waste of time to have to go through due to the admin personnel at this location not knowing how to simply scan a patient's insurance info.
