We use Paulhus for our 1 relatively small subsidized property for a little over a year. We had some issues with communication, consistency, and timeliness at the beginning until we found an account manager that was a good fit for us. Tanya has been incredible and helped to build a bridge of trust and communication. Also, when I did have concerns to address, the CEO Anthony was quick to call a meeting and have an open dialogue. He heard our concerns and I saw the results immediately! Our MOR score improved tremendously as well! I believe we are on our way to a 5star experience with Pauhlus heading into year 2!

Very up to date and informative information. I liked that the teacher included personal experiences to make the class more interesting and dynamic. I also like that participants questions were immediately addressed. This is a good class to add to your Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing plan when you are asked to include your training information.

Be careful about using them for HUD recertifications. If your finances are simple then there's no problem but if you have complex finances make sure you have documents to back everything up as they made several mistakes with mine. They marked an Amazon refund as income and did it more than once. That's how competent they are.

Update 9/7/2022
To clarify, I am the tenant in question and I provided full receipts that showed these were not things that were sold on the Amazon marketplace, but refunds for items that were purchased and then later returned. That is not income. You're accounting practices are garbage, I think you should know that taking money out of an account and later placing it back in, is not somehow income. You accused me of hiding income and told the complex to evict me. So know this. Try this again and expect to go to court at some point.
