This store steal for you and then over price what you sold then and they fire employee for thing that the management coused. Then peeny the store manager will be little your name by calling your employer and make up lie and accusations that are wrong and un true soo i hope this place burns in hell for the worng they course

I originally started business with pawn plus at the Penn st location while Michelle was there and as soon as she left I refused to go back the new staff there except for Jojo is horrible unorganized. Once we realized she was at this location we immediately began business with the Lancaster location now and happy as ever. Thanks Michelle 10/10 stars everytime!

My Apple Macbook Air laptop had issues with the TrackPad, but not able to click, Ms. Michelle gave me a USB cord Mouse for it to work. I did got one with the Bluetooth one, but wasn't working then i got the USB one. She's awesome!: D:) Thank you so much for helping us. She's a great worker! ;) ;D And i love her.

Took my New ps4 there to pawn, sat for there 8 months! Then picked it up, doesn’t want to turn on! (Blue light of death) - but they exchanged it n replaced it so.

Hit or miss if u pawning something for a loan, one day they take it next day they dont. If they didnt offer pawn loans i would never went back in

Recently moved back in to town and had some bills that 4needed to be taken care of asap.
We brought in some quality merch and told Willie and Robert what we needed and they got us there!
Picked up our stuff today in the same excellent condition we brought it in.
Dealt with Remmy for the pick up. Awesome guy.
Had a great experience. Willie and Robert are super cool and friendly.

The Shillington Pawn Plus is always clean and organized when I walk in there. I typically go here more then the Penn Street location because it's closer to my home. But they always help me out when I need it and are great on prices!

Pawn plus in shillington is the cleanest pawn shop I’ve ever been to. Wouldn’t think it’s a pawn shop by appearances. Easy for parking

Everything I have EVER taken in here, the one dude always denies it for some crazy reason. And he's always in a terrible mood! My tablet was supposedly too old? Even though it was a brand new kindle fire, but don't worry I just drove down to penn street a mile away and they took it there! So if your gonna go to a pawn plus in reading go to the one on penn street they won't judge you and they give fair prices

I was polite to the lady, but she was very rude. After her evaluation she offered me a horrible price for my things. Instantly, before I could even accept or decline her offer, she shoved them rudely at me through the window. I continued to be polite, gathered my things, and left.

I just got back from cash converters, I was offered 50% more for my ring; and the guy was cool. I’m just going to cash converters in the future. At one point, she told me rudely she has been doing this for 20 years but yet the first question she asked me was what kind of metal the ring was!? ! She seriously asked me if my gold ring was titanium! You’ve been doing this for how long? !

Called and asked if they would cash a U. S. Treasury Check, try said sure, no problem, we get there the next day, and all of a sudden, they change their mind because it's more then 30 days old. A treasury security that says good for one year on its face, and these morons said its "their policy. " Oh well, they just passed up a $200 easy profit for them. I would never buy anything from them, or do business with them, or recommend anyone go there. Besides, they practice usury and take advantage of others misfortunes for profit. Don't perpetuate the evils perpetrated by these scum.
