Nice place to live but if something isn't working, they take forever to fix. They come and close your service request without addressing the issue.

I would just like to say this is the worst apartment you could ever live in! They never fix anything and whenever you call to get some thing done they just say that it’s working fine when it’s not. The hallways reek, the parking is terrible, and there are literally holes in the ceilings of the buildings outside of the apartments that are molding and leaking and no one has fixed them. Absolutely disgusting I don’t know how people can even live here.

I received two reminder notices about my appointment and then at the time of the appointment I was told it had to be cancelled- they had nothing available… I drove an hour to get there.

I like the service I like the apartments I love the place it's quiet. I lived here for about 10 years. The people are nice too

Theresa the apartment manger is unbelievable rude. And a lot of us in my community that lives here is planning on moving because of her. I don’t understand how she’s not gone yet when so many people complained about her. She’s very unprofessional and needs to go.

They are making improvements. Thank you for cleaning the carpet after the water had been dripping

They Are Just Money Hungry People, Charge You $150-$200 For Misplace Of Smoke Detector Or A Dead Battery. Charge You Up On Rent Even If Your Place Is Not Renovated.

Oh yeah, and the front desk receptionist (Theresa) is very rude and unprofessional. She is not a good representation for this entity at all!

I just moved in here yesterday. My advice for what it's worth: stay away from this place. The apartments are basic and it's noisy almost all the time. There's nothing like your neighbors playing music until almost 2: 00 a.m. Yelling at the top of the lungs after you've asked nicely to stop. Everyone needs sleep. If I had known this place is going to be like this I would have never come.
