7Bought a bracelet a few months ago and it broke out of no where right off my wrist, went back to the store in I think October or November and they apologized and gave me a new one assuring nothing will happen to it again, but now the new one started to tarnish after not even a week. I loved the bracelet a lot and although tarnishing more and more I kept it on my wrist but this just looks awful now. Super disappointed in this place because I genuinely like their jewelry.
My mom and I have bought so many pieces from this shop and we love every single one! They always come up new, unique items and we always have a great experience with the associates and appreciate the amazing service every time!
