Lucky! I happened upon PC Xperts and was pleasantly surprised that a service oriented place such as this still exists. No Gook squad here with exorbitant charges, long waits and incompetent staff, this is my go to for computer service. Thanks for your help.

Staff spent ample time with me helping me to decide if I should repair my laptop or just get a new one. He went into a fair amount of detail and when he used a term that I didn't understand he explained it in a way that I could.

So very happy i took my non-functioning hard drive (12 years old) to these guys. There were hundreds of pictures on the now "dead" drive. Nightmare! They are as good as their reviews indicate.

Found them to be very personable. The owner was very happy to help solve any issues that I had. I needed to purchase a security disc and he sold me exactly what I needed and not anything more. I was given the cost of setting up my computer and items I did want to purchase, up front. I feel they are very honest and will stand by their work.

I was very impressed with PCXpert! They diagnosed my problem, confirmed what I suspected and did not try to up-sell me. They turned my 5 year old iMAC into a brand new lightning fast machine at fraction of the price of a new machine!

It's so good to talk to honest people who know what they do. I have nothing against other nations but when you have computer issues it's nice to understand what people are saying. I think others know what I am saying here.

I took my sons laptop in to see if it was able to be upgraded. They were honest with me and gave me tons of info on it and others as well as what to look for in a new one.

My email tanked in early November and I have tried to work around the problem until yesterday when I finally called for help. Remotely Tyler was able to get it all running again over the phone in 20 minutes! Wish I hadn't waited. Thank you.
