Peach Bottom Inn, Delta PA

We will not be going back to this establishment anytime soon. The food & service has unfortunately went down hill. Every single part of our meal took forever drinks, salads, meal itself took over a half an hour, and getting the check. Server was very friendly but just very slow with everything. As far as the food being slow and the drinks that is obviously the bar and kitchen staff but you still need to check on your table sooner then what she did, and it took way to long to get our bill. We still tipped her 20% because as I said the food being horrible and taking so long was not her fault. The “so called fillet” was no way a fillet it was absolutely by far the toughest steak I’ve ever had and I took maybe 2-3 bites and that was it, because it was that tough and I asked for medium and it came out almost rare. Nothing was done at all about it. The manager should have at the least come over and talked to us. The sides were ok but the steak was the worst steak I’ve ever had. The Caesar salad was so blan and had no croutons which is not even a Caesar salad without homemade croutons? In any case, the fact that nothing was done about the steak being so bad except her just saying that she was sorry about the steak? There was no visit to our table from a manager which it totally unacceptable in the restaurant business as I work in the restaurant business myself. Very poor service, very poor food quality, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone anymore. Everything was handled very poorly as far as I am concerned and not the way you wanted to be treated when dining out. Especially after waiting almost 45 minutes for your dinner to come? It’s ashame because we used to really like their food but after our experience tonight we have no desire to return.

Peach Bottom Inn is absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I came here for our 17 year Anniversary and we had a blast being back where it all started 17 years ago. Our last night here we ate at the Peach Bottom Inn restaurant and I have to say everything from the Crab Risotto to the Stuffed Flounder was so good words can't really do it justice. The server we had named Hunter was incredible! He recommended an amazing Peach Cheesecake and I am just blown away by how good everything was and Hunter was an absolute delight. We will definitely be returning in the very near future

Peach Bottom is not a bed and breakfast but a rare “three star motel”, with an attached full bar and very good restaurant – that doesn’t serve breakfast. It gets 5 stars for service and 2 stars for much-needed maintenance. The motel and bar staff went out of their way to accommodate our late-night requests for ice and a baggie to store food. Several of the staff have worked there long and all are remarkably dedicated. The bar serves great drinks and was full of fun people.

Our room was not small; it was clean with quiet, efficient window air conditioning, a worn desk, chair and chest of drawers, excellent TV and WiFi. The shower has a new curtain and powerful water pressure; the bathroom included soap and shampoo. We heard no noise through the walls, but cars rushing down the two-lane highway outside were sometimes a bit loud. Grounds are well-maintained with nice landscaping. A small sidewalk space outside ground-floor doors is all that’s available for sitting. Despite it’s rural location and dark sky, there is little area that’s not too blindingly lit to observe the stars. The motel is located near Conowingo Dam and lake on the Susquehanna river, which makes for great fishing boating. Rentals are available at nearby Starrk Moon Kayaks. Delta Pizza just down the road has a bar area and sometimes features live music. The motel restaurant is not open for breakfast; the nearest coffee is at a Rofo or the Delta Family Restaurant just across the highway. Describing the Peach Bottom as a B&B defies reason.

The rooms are non-smoking, but predictably our room smelled vaguely of stale smoke. Delta is typical Pennsyltucky where no rules gonna restrict my right to pollute your room. The odor was the first of many signs the rooms need work. Ours looked as though it were being prepped for painting, with exposed screw holes and dismantled towel rack hardware. The swing bar door lock was missing, but the door handle lock seemed secure. Every inch was painted the same antiseptic white; maybe indeed it was primer. The full bed – they do not offer queen size – was firm and not exactly uncomfortable, but the springs creaked from obvious wear. The bed was made with two thin pillows – remember to ask the desk for extras. The bathroom has shabby tile and needs a caulk and paint makeover.

Staff was very friendly and attentive but meal was not so great. Had seafood pasta and tails were on shrimp and parts were very chewy as if it was over microwaved. I plan on revisiting for a second try.

Great place for dinner and drinks! We specifically come here for the jumbo lump crab cakes and they are INCREDIBLE. Delicious and a fair price for the amount you get. They are not small crab cakes. We went here for my birthday dinner and had the sweetest waitress named Sarah. Since the restaurant does not do any birthday special, the waitress bought me one of their delicious cupcakes, brought it out to me with a candle, and had everyone sing to me! What an incredibly kind gesture. Lovely experiences every time we come here.

The staff is attentive. They also get busy and forget things like silverware. The food is ok. My bf likes it a lot though

I give this place a 5 star because the service was excellent as well as the food and the restaurant being sanitary. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. The drinks were also made to perfection. I would definitely recommend this place to other people.

Always fine food and good service. Suggestion, make the crab pretzels the way you used to. Last two times just a pile of plain crabmeat, little crm.cheese, little seasoning.

Heading home from kayaking we changed upon the Peach Bottom Inn. What a fantastic place. Fish and chips was too much to eat. Son had a Chesapeake cheeseburger which was fantastic. The service was all smiles and very nice. Can't wait to come back again and try to prime rib.

Roula & her team catered our daughter's wedding. The food was fantastic, our guests loved the crab balls, the bacon-wrapped scallops, the hummus & gyros. Her entire staff was cheerful (& it was HOT in there) well-trained & efficient! Definitely recommend!

I haven't had a bad meal here, ever. This is our go to for a nice dinner out that's reasonably priced. My favorites are the cream of crab soup, crab pretzel, Chesapeake burger, Flat Iron steak. The list goes on
Like I said, I've never had a bad meal here.
