The doctor was great and patient with my autistic son and myself. The salespeople are patient and friendly and the lady was very helpful and saved me from getting frames that were too small and would have hurt my son’s head. The frames are reasonably priced. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that they did not have many options for men’s frames that were colorful and my son wanted purple.

One worker was very friendly, otherwise rude staff! I have been waiting almost 3 weeks now for my glasses when I was told 2 weeks or less, I've called 3 times and nobody answered once or called back from messages I left. My friend got her glasses already but says they aren't fitting right. She's also been calling and getting no response.
DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have called more then 7 times so they can give me my prescription. The guy who answers the phone gets my number and name everytime and tells me the same story? "The doctor has your prescription at her house and we will give it to you tomorrow. " A week later and more then 7 phone calls, I am still waiting.

It took 17 days for my new glasses to come in but they were spares so that wasn't an issue. Th the service Brittany Lynn and Aimee provided was great - attentive, helpful and personable. Plus the accept VSP which was a bonus.

Very disappointed with my visit at Pearle Vision. Doctor had no personality for working with people in a medical facility. She wanted me to tell her what caused me to have PTSD which I don’t think is really any of her business, she’s not my family doctor or counselor and she’s not treating me. I did pick out glasses and placed an order which I tried to cancel less than 24 hours later because I found them much cheaper some place else. Out of pocket I paid $600.42 my insurance covered a small portion. Pearle Vision refused to cancel the order saying that the glasses are made special order for each patient. The lady I spoke to about wanting to cancel the order 15 hours after placing the order refused to give me the labs number and took my name and number for a manager to call me and I’ve heard nothing. I contacted corporate and was told some or Franchises and I would have to speak to that particular office manager. Save your money and go some where else very over priced!

Aimee let my friend and I in to look at frames after they were already closed and spent a lot of time with us. I was very impressed by the time she took even though she was trying to finish up her day. On top of that she was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly and really went out of her way to help us. It is obvious she is an huge asset to your company. My friend is coming back to get her glasses there and I will be too.

Aimee was a life saver. I lost a screw in my favorite pair of sunglasses. Not only did she fix that, but the other screw had broken and that side was loose. The sunglass company wanted $80 to fix them! Aimee was able to repair them quickly and for much less than that. Thank you so much!

Brittney Lynn helped me order my glasses in December and I had the best experience. She was so engaging and my order was processed smoothly and came in just when I expected and I loved them. This weekend I accidentally damaged my brand new glasses. I thought I'd have to replace them - they were bent so badly. I called and luckily got Brittney Lynn again and I asked her for advice on whether i needed to use my replacement coverage. She said to come in and she fixed my glasses good as new - thank you so much!

Came in here for an appointment tonight, and left unhappy. I fill out on my initial paperwork that I don't want the optional $39 retinal imaging scheme. During the first part of the exam, the girl asks me if I want it done. I decline. Then she asks me if she can still do it, but they won't charge me unless the doctor uses the images. What? I give it some thought, and when I realize that what she just said makes absolutely no sense, I decline yet a third time. The exam itself went OK. I picked out a set of frames that I liked and another associate is trying to sell me lenses with myriad features and functions. Of course, their "most recommended" lenses will cost me somewhere in the neighborhood of nearly $500 out of pocket on top of my insurance. The most basic lenses will cost me about $150 out of pocket, but it's been made clear to me that going that cheap would be a huge mistake. OK. I tell the associate that I need time to think about it. OK, that's cool. She asks if she can take some measurements for the frames for when I decide. I tell her sure. Then she measures my pupillary distance. I ask her what my pupillary distance is. And she refuses to tell me. She tells me that it's company policy, something about how it's dangerous to be giving out that information and how my pupillary distance can change depending on the glasses I'm wearing and warns me of the dangers of ordering glasses I can afford from online websites because of my astigmatism. This is after I asked to have them print out my prescription and she changed the subject fast as she began to tell me the benefits of all of their signature budget breaking lens composites and coatings. My head was spinning by this point, so I paid my copay for my insurance and left. When I got home I looked at my benefits information and realized that they charged me for the damn $39 imaging thing that I declined once in writing and twice verbally. So yeah. I will only be going back in if they don't answer their phones tomorrow to set things straight. And I'll measure my own damn pupillary distance.

Fast service to repair my lens when they popped out. Didn’t know if they did that service but they did and for free. They mentioned it didn’t matter where you got your pair of glasses from.

Thank you Dr. Jill Miller for taking the time to educate me on how to take care of my eyes and various steps necessary to protect my vision. Check in by Brittany Lynn was effective and effortless.

Terrible experience. I only came to this location because I recently moved and my old eye doctor was too far to travel to during a work hour lunch break. I called ahead to provide my insurance information to "save time" however still had to fill out a ton of new customer paper work. The exam and doctor itself were fine however whenever I went to check out the woman at the desk proceeded to tell me how much my visit would be today - over $500 out of pocket (and I have good insurance). She explained that the retina screening that they did (that is not even necessary however "strongly" advise everyone to do.hmm wonder why) was $108 itself of my copay. My copay at any other doctor I have been to is literally $10. Then, she proceeds to say that my contacts for a full year are $400 with a rebate. Now mind you, I have purchased these same contacts online the last few years for about $100 for the entire year after applying my insurance allowance. I told her that I did not want to buy any contacts through them because of it. She told me that in order to use my insurance at all today that I "HAD" to buy contacts from them. I allowed her to buy the smallest box of contacts that are sold if that was case. She also told me that the contacts that I buy online are counterfeit and that my eyes will have issues because of them. Interesting.because I've been wearing these so called counterfeit contacts for years, and the retina screening and other tests that you just did proved that my eyes are just fine and healthy! Lastly, whenever I paid for the visit I only received the receipt of my card being ran and did not receive an itemized bill or a copy of my prescription as promised. Believe me whenever I say that I would not send my worst enemy to this place. Save yourself the sanity and go somewhere else close by!

My work site has changed, and so I had to find a Pearle on the "other shore. " I was blown away by the quality of service and the friendliness and helpfulness at the Cap City Mall location. The doctor was great, and so were Aimee and Sarah. The two of them helped me find my first new pair of glasses in six years, and they were so much more knowledgeable in styles and what "fit my face" than I. Since I was shopping alone, and I can't see far enough to make out glasses when I'm trying them on, it was great to feel I could trust these two professionals who were so invested in making sure I got everything I needed. I expect that my next appointment will be far more punctual than my last, and that has a lot to do with the quality of service I received at this location.

Sarah and her coworker made picking out glasses so much easier and less stressful. Also they have a great selection to choose from. If you are in need of glasses see Sarah at peral vision in the camp hill mall!

Thank you Sarah!

Amy helped me fix up a pair of glasses that were broken and booked me for an appointment after finding out that I had available benefits. She is always nice and friendly to everyone and goes out of her way to help everyone that comes in.

I went in to get a new pair of glasses I already had a prescription but they didn’t accept my insurance so I paid out of pocket. I was to wait ten to twelve business days so fine I paid almos $500. Fist off, She told me she used my insurance only as a discount card which was false becaus le I contacted my insurance and they don’t do discounts. I called two days later because I got approved for Lasik so I wanted to cancel the glasses and she told me that they couldn’t cancel the order or give me a refund. So basically I’m giving them almost $500 for nothing? This is ridiculous how can someone not cancel a payment, I have not received the merchandise I will not pick it up I am trying to cancel with more than enough time and I’m still being denied my money. Now I have to go through this long process to get my money back! If I wasn’t getting Lasik I would not ever return to this place for glasses!
