4Great experience! Family had appointments one right after the other my daughter is only five and he made her happy and comfortable even though when she got there she was very scared. The staff were very helpful and friendly also and helping me find frames for my new glasses. Doctor and staff were awesome! The Clearview Mall Pearl Vision store has been consistently great for over 15 years. Their relationship with Dr. Anderson and the quality of employees that serve the customers is always friendly and accurate.
Dr. Anderson and his staff are exceptional in the work that they do. You can speak to the doctor directly when you call in, which is unheard of in many practices. I was able to be seen the same day when experiencing a critical problem with my eye—other places would have a triage nurse tell you to go to the ER to address a problem that an optometrist is more qualified to treat. Overall, terrific quality of care from a team that deserves the stellar reputation that they have. Highly recommended.
