Have been going to Pearle Vision for almost 10 years and have never had issues until recently and the service was horrible. Went in for an emergency check and the Dr was disrespectful and made it seem like I was a burden. I also needed an eye exam to order contacts so we scheduled a follow up for the following week and when I get there, no exam was given and the receptionist didn't schedule me for an exam, but she took 2 minutes to look at my eye and I was on my way. Complete waste of time and staff was very disrespectful

The doctor was very nice however watch out for the staff they lie about how much the exam costs they don't tell you that certain things are an extra charge in addition to your exam charge. When you call them, they got a very snarky and demeaning attitude. I'm filing a complaint with the corporate office already.
Anna helped me. She was so nice and professional. I should have asked if all of the tests I had were manditory. I didn't expect to pay so much, I was just going for a contact fitting.
I was wondering if I could have opted out of the tests?
Very polite and professional. Took very good care of my eyes. Can't wait to get my new glasses.
