This was the best experience I have had in a long time, they were so helpful in repairing my bike.

Been bringing my bike here for many years. Always welcoming. Always attentive. Makes a conserted effort to service my bike and have it ready to ride again, in a timely manner. Priced reasonably. Glad I found this place!

I bought a new bike, went there so they can assemble it with everything that came with it and they lost some stuff. I asked them about the missing parts and they said it never came with it. Why would I lie? They were also supposed to call me on Monday or Tuesday but they did not. The bike was done I don’t know when and I had to go there on Wednesday to get it. No communication and the most disappointing part is they lost some parts and told me I didn’t bring it when I dropped off the bike. There’s another part they said I didn’t need but they still kept it. Why not give me back everything you didn’t need? This just feels like a scam. Treat your next customers better.

I was disappointed that I was told that I should mail my bike back to get it fixed when I happen to be riding around the area and my chain became loose on my ebike. I had two employees look at the bike and neither could help. Thank goodness for the REI across the river that was able to fix my bike and give it back the next day.

Pedal pusher is more than bike parts and repair shop. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They answer questions and offer their experience if you want to be able to do things yourself.

The bike shop business is a tough one to be in and it's no coincidence that this one has been around so long. I don't live nearby and have only shopped there twice, but was treated very well both times. They are honest, knowledgeable and fair with their prices. What more could you ask for from a bicycle shop, or any other business for that matter? Most recently I had them pack a bicycle for shipping. Ted called me once when it was ready to ship and then unexpectedly called again just to let me know it had been picked up by UPS. The care with which they packed it was obvious and appreciated. You can't go wrong supporting this local bike shop.

I've been dealing with pedal pushers for years and they are very accommodating and kind. Greatly helpful, with no exaggeration. I bought my first bike there years ago. I bought an e-bike from another company and they graciously helped me with the problem I was having with that. And I had a great conversation with two of the personnel.

The employee I talked to was unhelpful and rude, and berated me for not wearing a mask while standing 10 feet from him in the parking lot. Give me a break.

I have had wonderful experiences with this bike shop. They are great guys and are willing to go above and beyond. They are friendly and will help solve all your bike problems. Would recommend!

The Best! Very detail oriented and exhibits tons of patience explaining the bikes (and how to ride them properly) to kids. Wonderful!

Had to blow up my bike's tires and the man was super friendly, courteous, and finished it in under 2 minutes. Great experience and customer service overall!

Professional, kind and always going the extra mile for customers. I have always brought my older Bridgestone 10-speed to them for maintenance and repairs. They do an AMAZING job with very reasonable prices. They care about their customers and it shows through their kindness and workmanship. I feel safe riding my older bike on very long 20 mile rides after they have given it a check-up. I highly recommend taking your bikes to them.

The team at Pedal Pushers are absolutely amazing! Apparently they can keep a secret too! Jim and my wife plotted on surprising me for my birthday and did a great job selecting a bike for me!
These guys have saved me on more than one occasion! The thing that i like most about Jim, Ted and the rest of the team is they actually care about you and your experience with them. They have figured out the formula for fantastic customer service! Everything is affordable and if they don't have it in the store they will order it and have it to you in a timely manner! I can't say enough about these guys!

The people that work here are the best! They are laid back, knowledgeable, friendly and so willing to solve any problem or answer any question you have. They don’t talk down to you or make you feel silly. I would recommend this shop to anyone!
