Peddler's Village reviews
14Come here all the time especially around Christmas decorations of rain it's just old fashioned place to walk around and enjoy yourself
Very nice place to shop for things. Especially awesome during the holidays. The food is also amazing. I recommend Earl’s if you want something quick, like a pulled pork sandwich. Plus the lights during Christmas are amazing. Lights everywhere you look! Overall, it’s an awesome place to go with the family when you want to eat out and shop.
Great place to walk, have a drink, shop and eat. Free Will, Chaddsford Winery, and Earl's are delicious.
Peddlers Village is a shopping destination full of unique stores from art galleries to clothing to housewares and more. There are several restaurants to choose from if you get hungry while shopping. Several festivals are celebrated throughout the year with variety of activities and entertainers.
A Lovely place to spend time with your friends, a family friendly atmosphere, beautiful shops with park-like surroundings.
Love to walk around Peddlers! The flowers are beautiful! The shops are pricey, but always welcoming to browse. I have to get gourmet popcorn and beef jerky. We ate at the Buttonwood grill. Nothing to brag about.
Always a great time at Peddlers and its also great seeing what they do for festivals and how many shops and attractions they have added. Worth a trip for events or just walking around for the day and stopping by the water wheel or the pond before shopping, grabbing a brew at the brewery or taking the kids to Giggleberry Fair.
Looove the atmosphere. Nice for couples, nice for family a very unique place to visit and enjoy good food, good people with great atmosphere.
Nice & quite place.do-not miss it to visit if you are near by to this.local beer & shopping variety is very good
Great place to wander around.come hungry and thirsty as there are a lot of options. Would drop one star for crowds, but thought it would be unfair. Be prepared and make larger restaurant reservations when you get in.
I've always loved the concept of Peddler's Village. It has the authentic feel that many of the new promenade style venues lack. It is a village in every sense of the word. There's a bounty of quaint little shops and delicious food options, but it's a beautiful enough location that you could enjoy the day just strolling around and never spend a dime. Being that the village is private property, you also have the ability to grab an adult beverage at one of the on-site boutiques and enjoy a drink while walking around. (responsibly of course. I recommend Free Will Brewing Co) Lastly, if you've never been to one of their seasonal festivals, you're missing out. Strawberry fest, Scarecrow fest, Tree Lighting ceremony, etc. Do yourself a favor and come to PV if you've never been.
This is a cute village of stores. It has a little of everything from a coach outlet to a merry go round at giggle berry farm. My kid loves giggle berry and would come here every day if he could. They hold events like pictures with the Easter bunny, where the kids go around to a bunch of the stores and pickup plastic eggs to turn in for a small bad of goodies and a free pic with the Easter bunny which u take with ur own camera. If ur handicapped this place is a mixed bag, done of the stores are perfectly accommodating to wheelchairs and such but there are some stores that have stairs and such and the grounds are a little hilly for a wheelchair but most of the village is good but if ur on a walker I would think twice unless u have a specific destination as it is a lot of walking to visit all the stores. My only complaint for this place is the prices are a bit high in most of the stores but u can still get good hand crafted items here that will hold up much better than the Walmart version.
Peddler's Village is a cute little cluster of shops. The layout is a little strange to me because you need to cross the street a couple times. But I loved the feel of the village, it feels old time, like I went in a time machine. The stores are fun to look at, a little pricey. But I enjoyed myself. I took my teenagers (2 daughters) whom were dreading going, but they had a great time! They loved the Giggleberry Faire, as did I. And we're looking forward to coming back and checking out the antique stores and the murder mystery. Overall you will not be disappointed, there is something here for everyone!
If you like mom and pop quaint gift shops, unique finds, tasty food and family fun, you are going to LOVE Peddlers Village. Weekdays offer quiet shopping as you stroll through the village and a comfortable and pleasant lunch at one of the many restaurants. Weekends are often crowded with families as the village comes alive with fun seasonal activities for the entire family to enjoy. A great place to spend a lovely day shopping and enjoying a sunny day. Carousel and indoor activities, food for the kids at giggleberry fair year round.
