My daughter dentist visit is always the best! They are patient and care about the children at that location. I love it

Very nice people. They were very gentle with my son. He is 2 years old and he usually gives me a hard time during brush time. They were able to make him comfortable️ I will be returning:)

The staff was very polite efficient. Made my daughter comfortable, they work great with children.

It’s interesting how brighter lights and paint can change the appearance of a location. The colors and lights are much more warm and inviting. The front desk staff were lovely and helpful. However, the dentist I’m not a fan of him. I actually don’t know his name. He barely introduced himself to my husband and I. He wasn’t warm and welcoming to my daughter at all. She was a bit apprehensive and yet he did nothing to comfort her. I truly like the techs and the front desk staff but the dentist himself is the main reason why I’m considering a new dechild. Because this location services predominantly black and brown individuals, I feel that the dentist treats the patients (children) as if they’re not deserving of quality customer service. He’s dismissive, cold and not welcoming. When working with children you have to have a gentle and caring approach and the dentist at PDA west Philadelphia lacks that in its entirety.

The dental hygienist was very kind. She brushed and flossed my daughters teeth. She answered all of our concerns about fluoride treatment. She was awesome.

My daughters love this dentist office. They always get us in and out. The staff is nice and the place is clean. Would recommend others.

I love this office! They care, and the dentist is very good with my 3 year old who has autism. It’s always delightful coming here!

Love the jungle decor it makes my boys excited to get their teeth cleaned it's like an wild adventure for them.

I love the front desk & The assistant that help but this new dentist. He not very nice and to me he does a rush job. How can u tell a patient ur not having pain

I loved it love it love it! The doctor and nurses front desk everyone was so lovely and nice. The doctor explained everything and so simple and in detail. She was so sweet to my daughter will definitely make them our daughter’s permanent dentist. Not to mention the office clean and kid friendly my daughter loved the dental room the art work on the walls so pretty! They even had old arcade Pac-Man game they literally had that in the office so cool.

I love all the ladies! This place is so clean, quiet, and I am in and out. Thank you to everyone!

We show up a half hour early. They service us right away. It's clean and my children love going to the dentist.

Love the Sisetas at the front desk so professional and friendly! Make you feel like family and they take the time out for you. That's what I look for when I go to any medical establishment.

The dentist for my son was unpleasant. I don’t think she had much experience with children. The staff was welcoming and nice. But I won’t be coming back.
