Pediatrics Of Northeastern Pennsylvania reviews
6We just had our first Dr appt with Dr Welby and his staff, my son just came out of the NICU and Dr Welbys staff was so friendly and simple helpful, thank you and keep up the great work.
I have just recently ended my time as a patient here since I have aged out of their patient range. Dr. Tigue has been an excellent doctor throughout the entire time I’ve had my care and I am grateful for the effort she has put in all of these years for me. I believe that she works very well with patients and I highly recommend having your child or children in her care!
Extremely rude nurses on staff. Can't be bothered to work or answer questions about the very children they care for. Mothers select pediatricians very carefully and to have rude, dismissive nurses on staff is unsettling. This is a profession in which these qualities should be quite the opposite. This establishment should be ashamed to have these women on staff. I'm certain they have lost patients due to this experience and we will be one of them.
Lovely doctors, nurses, and staff. I've never had a bad experience with anyone working here.
Appointments always available, care available on weekends, excellent care.
I went here as a child and bring my children, and never had much of an issue till recently. I love dr Troy, she is strait to the point and very informative and very supportive of breastfeeding. Someone who answer calls is not nice at all. If I call when my children are sick I am met with someone who is rude, dismissive and seems completely annoyed with the fact that I am calling. One time I called when my children showed symptoms of covid after a Covid exposure and the lady who answered the call told me that because it was only 5 days after the said exposure, they were going to test negative, and they would need to be retested on day 7. I told them I wanted my kids tested anyways, and was treated like an annoyance. My kids had tested positive on day 5 of exposure. I let the nurse know what I had experienced, and it seemed like it was just going to be swept under the rug. I called today because my child was showing signs of an illness and was met with that same rude attitude, after the phone had been ringing for over 2 minutes. It made me uncomfortable and feel completely unwelcome.
