We had (4) Pella sliders installed in 2010 and over past year 4 panels developed a problem with the internal beads used to raise/lower/open built in shades.
Pella offered to replace all (4) under warranty -with a labor charge on us.
The inside people were great and the two techs were outstanding-lugging some heavy stuff up and down 2 floors.
The guys were courteous, professional -and knew exactly what they were doing.
