Wonderful place and atmosphere. First time here and Cody was incredible and wonderful treatment. I’ll be back.

My facial started off perfect with the atmosphere walking in the door, and a cup of delicious hot tea waiting for me. Cody explained every step of the process & is very knowledgeable. It was a very relaxing experience & I left with glowing skin. Every visit I’ve had is amazing, I can’t wait to come back!

Only being my third or so facial, I set one up with Cody and it was great! She is very sweet and attentive and made me very comfortable since I don't have much experience! I will definitely be back!

Loved my facial with Ashley. Can’t wait til next time so relaxing. She was very knowledgeable about skincare and made me feel comfortable right away. Purchased a few products for home and they feel amazing and smell amazing on my skin. This spa is very relaxing, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Ashley gave a fabulous facial, my skin feels lovely. I bought a serum and really love it. Their products have an amazing smell of tangerine. I look forward to my new appt.

I had never gotten a facial before so I wasn’t sure what to expect or really what I wanted out of it. I had no idea that it would totally change my skin. I suffered from hormonal acne and the 1st month after my first prescription facial with Ashley my face was totally clear, the whole month. I’ve continued to see Ashley every month-6weeks and have had no outbreaks since. Ashley makes sure I’m completely comfortable and the entire experience is so relaxing. I tried the brow tint and decided it wasn’t for me but I will not be giving up my facials anytime soon. I even decided to join the Pelle Sana Self Care Club which has been amazing! I definitely recommend Pelle Sana and of course Ashley!

I found Pelle Sana about a year ago and it’s my favorite place. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I have had amazing facials by Cody and Ashley.

Ashley was wonderful! Very attentive to my concerns and informative of their causes and how to correct them. She was very gentle, and I actually fell asleep twice which speaks to how great the service was! She recommended the Sorella Apothecary Daily Greens Moisturizer which has really done wonders for my skin. Looking forward to my next visit!

This place deserves more than 5 stars! Ashley did such an amazing job with my prescription facial. The atmosphere and facial itself was so relaxing and I truly felt like I was at a high class spa! After my facial, Ashley showed me some great tips for a natural makeup look. I will definitely be coming back for more!

I cannot say enough good things about Courtney and Pelle Sana!

I had virtually no skincare routine before visiting Courtney. Now, I regularly get amazing facials, where Courtney starts out every appointment discussing how things are going with my skin and what needs to be focused on that day. She gives a lovely customer experience - it is the most relaxing and rejuvenating part of my month.

And the products! I genuinely look forward to my routine using the Sorella Apothecary line. I get some dedicated "me time" to pamper myself daily, the packaging is really pretty and can sit out on my counter, and most importantly, they really work! My skin's moisture and appearance have greatly improved.

Ashley was a complete blessing for my daughter and I. Her personality was just right, to deal with my high strungness, she was completely respectful of both my daughters and my wants and needs. Customer service is missing everywhere today, but not at Pelle Sana. I give Ashley and Pelle Sana 11 out of 10 stars And I think that’s says alot since I have been in a similar industry for over 30 years. My daughters skin is 99.9 percent better. I am so soooo grateful!

If I could give 100 stars, I would! I flew in from Los Angeles to visit family in Hershey in June. A few people I had met at our hotel told me I should check out Pelle Sana for a little “me” time, if I had the opportunity. I called and Courtney was gracious enough to fit me in very last minute. As soon as I walked into the spa I felt completely relaxed. The vibe is warm & welcoming and Courtney is charming beyond words. She walked me into her treatment room and it was lovely! I had an amazing facial and a lash tint that made my eyes pop beautifully. We have no shortage of incredible spas in Los Angeles and I’ve had countless treatments, but this facial blew me away! I swear Courtney has magic hands. All of the stress I was carrying was washed away and my skin felt more alive than it had in years. The products were top notch and I’m now hooked on the Sorella cherry pepper mask and lip hydration balm. All I can say is if you are lucky enough to live near this gem of a spa, run don’t walk because you won’t regret a single moment of it. This place is in the business of healing and adding bliss to your life. If I lived closer, I’d be there at least once a month giving to myself. We all deserve to have some me time and self care and this is the spa to achieve that. Thank you, Courtney for a wonderful experience!
