The technician, Robbie, was the consummate professional. He was very friendly. He took the time to wear booties I’ve this shoes. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary. I would highly recommend this business.

On a very cold Saturday our furnace stopped working and we had Matt come out to the house. He knew right away what the issue was. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and courteous. I will definitely be using Pelles, and especially Matt, when I install a new furnace!

Furnace has quit working and called early Monday morning and arrived within an hour. Professional and honest and informative on what needed to be done. Reasonable. Will use again.

Jake came at 9pm tonight, on Christmas Eve, to fix our furnace. We would have been without heat until Monday had he not been able to come out. And I have out of town family visiting! Had an issue with my furnace cutting in and out and temps we dropping in my home. Called Pelles at 7PM on Friday night. The owner, Sue, answered the phone and got a tech scheduled. With the severe cold and wind they were very busy but Sue kept in touch with me through the night and had Jake here for 10: 30. He was timely and very professional and diagnosed the issue and was able to fix the problem. Great job and I Will absolutely use them again.

Pelles was able to get someone here the day I called when our furnace was making terrible noises and had to be turned off. Matt was polite, explained everything he did, and fixed some big mistakes made by a different installer. We will continue to use Pelles from now on for our HVAC maintenance.

I’ve used Pelles Heating since I was renting my 1st house. Bought a house, they updated my heating system & maintain it wonderfully every year! Very nice technicians. Very prompt if there is a problem.

It is time to have our oil furnace checked for winter. Matt from Pelles came and had an apprentice. They did great work and the price was good. Matt explained all they checked and replaced and we feel like we are good to go for another winter!

The Pelles Heating & Cooling experience was fantastic from the beginning to the end. When I called for an appointment to fix our AC system, Kaylee was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! She helped set my expectations for what the service would include and how they would greet me and perform the services! They even sent a text message just prior to the technician arriving with his picture to confirm identity. What a great comfort! The technician’s name was Jake and he was excellent. Great listener, very knowledgeable and helped me make the best decisions for our system. Jake did an excellent job and was very thorough and friendly.
