We have used this place for years. Went down hill tremendously. We had a drain box that was the wrong size. We brought back right after. The owner’s son said they needed to take 25% off for a re stocking fee. For putting a drain box back on a shelf? We went to make another order and they said since we complained about the re stocking fee they closed the account and we can’t shop there anymore. Why does any customer deserve to be treated that way? Especially a long time customer. I will be putting this on social media as well since this was ridiculous. Such a shame. We tried to support local.
