Not a good company at all. Our community has been going downhill and most residents want this company gone. I just hope it's sooner than later. Pennco is a really bad company and everyone is so sick of the shady contractors and residents that have arrived. I don't recommend this company at all.

I have had a wonderful experience with Tina at PENCO. She is very responsive to concerns, partners with her residents, advocates for the community, and ensures vendors are held accountable for work that is promised. Thank you Tina for your amazing support and prompt follow-up to everything that comes your way!

Debbie Marchiano with Penco Management has always responded in a timely manner whenever I have had questions or concerns regarding our community here at Belmont. Debbie attends our general meetings and has information that I need to be aware of in managing the Belmont clubhouse along with our great committee members. Its very rewarding to know she is on top of issues and questions that come up that pertain to me properly performing my responsibilities to the Belmont HOA Baord and residents.

Sebrina helped me today with information on our community and individual insurance coverage. Thanks to her for getting the information right out to me. She’s always very helpful and I’m glad she is our property manager.

I had the opportunity to engage in a conversation with our recently appointed property manager, Jackie, earlier today. It was indeed a productive interaction, as she promptly addressed and resolved longstanding issues that have persisted within our community for quite some time. We are lucky to have her.

Jackie has been so helpful within my community. We are lucky to have a property manager that gets things accomplished so quickly.

Both Denise and Erica cared enough to get information for me on August 8th. Denise called me back (as she said she would) with assurance that everything would be fine.
They are both pleasant to speak with, and are an asset to PENCO Management. It's very hard to find caring employees these days!

I can attest that super heroes do exist after witnessing Debbie’s gargantuan feats over the past 5 years of which we have resided in Balmoral. She is on top of absolutely everything and can speak to any of the work being done or even imagined without hesitation. She is well respected by all of our neighbors. I have lived in other developments that had other management companies and I can easily say that Debbie is the hero in Penco. To think that we are only one development that she manages is mind blowing. I dread the day that she is no longer in the position to support us as she truly is a Godsend. I have even received responses from her while she was on vacation. Who does that? I surely hope that she is well compensated by Penco because she is a one of a kind angel for our community. Thank you Debbie for all that you do to keep our community beautiful. We are so grateful to have you as our property manager.

We just moved into the Balmoral Community and our Penco Management contact has been extremely helpful in getting us settled and happy in our townhouse. We struggled with the "HOA or homeowner responsibility question" on numerous changes, improvements, and maintenance needs we identified.
From the first conversation, Debbie Marchiano has not only been friendly and welcoming, but has been extremely helpful. She clearly has a thorough detailed knowledge of the extensive services that our HOA offers, providing immediate answers to all our questions. She even submitted work order requests on our behalf, most of which were taken care of within one or two DAYS and providing an explanation and expectations of "community wide services"
While other management companies have seemed to only be too happy to take our payments and pay taxes, and are a source of frustration on anything else, Debbie is clearly dedicated to being able to help the residents of the communities she supports, providing an exemplary level of service.

PENCO has been an excellent Management for us at Windsor at Glen Mills. So accommodating especially with emergencies in our building which we have all the time. Wanda and Denise very friendly when calling office.

Our previous Manager Andrea Lydon provided prompt and professional service always. Very good service for our community.

Very disappointed! I'm a resident of Marplewoods! They raise our HOA fees but we have to BEG for service constantly! Poorly managed!

Jackie has been so great to work with the past few weeks. She has been so accommodating and a true pleasure to work with. We are happy to have her at our community.

We have been here at Balmoral for a month and love it. Debbie Marchiano, the HOA manager, is very responsoive, smart, and capable. Not only have we gotten many answers to our questions, but a few thngs fixed or replaced almost immediately. When our items don't apply to the HOA, we get a quick answer and suggestion on a solution. What more can you ask for?)
The lawn and trash pickup teams are very professional as well.
