12I have been going to Penn Dental for many years. I have difficult teeth and am also a dentaphobe. I could not ask for better care, their expertise, compassion, and willingness to educate are unsurpassed.
Dr. Wang and Angelina are a terrific team. The visit was on time, very quick, and everything was well explained to me.

I am very disappointed in my treatment. I received dentures that do not fit and I was told that I would have to pay to have others made. I have already payed once and they are asking me to pay again. This unfair.

Very friendly establishment. They remember you by face after you have been there a few times. They get you in and out in a timely manner and it is never hard to get you appointment switched around if anything comes up in your life and you need to change it. I strongly recommend anyone needing dental work done to use them.
Very kind caring staff, clean office and dental exam areas and Dr Gained was terrific. I highly recommend coming to this practice if you need dental care.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH PENN DENTAL FAMILY PRACTICE HAS BEEN WONDERFUL, EVERYONE THERE HAS BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND SENITIVE WHEN EXTRACTING AND CLEANING MY TEETH.
Been connected to Penn Dental for many years. Satisfied especially with my hygienist Deborah.
Pros: Clean, well maintained clinic and waiting room. Most of the staff were courteous. I had no problem with the dentist and dental assistant that I saw.
Cons: Takes a very long time - months- to get in for a routine dental cleaning. Also, parking is very expensive ($19 for less than 1 hour) and they don’t validate parking for Penn Dental. Doesn’t make sense because they provide validation for all of the other Penn practices in the same building!
