2 I have always been able to get appointments when needed, and had calls and emails responded to within a day. Never waited in the waiting room more than 30 minutes or so. Unto the important stuff.
Dr Anne Cappola has literally saved my life a couple of times in the eight years that we have known each other. After a move of about 1200 miles I had several other endocrinologists "adjust" my synthroid with dangerous results. (TSH of 35 once, another time of. 004) I was almost unable to even call her. The responses were swift, we first did things as virtual appointments, and, as she insisted, the minute I felt good enough to travel we had appointments in her office so that she could insure for herself that I was better. She does her homework, cares about her patients, and will always go the extra mile.
Let’s see. Dr. Lowry is really sweet, that’s about the only good thing from this office. First visit I waited over an hour just to be put in the room, and then an additional 30 minutes to be seen. Second visit- I was put in a room within 10 minutes of arrival (Yay!) to then sit there for TWO HOURS. The office FORGOT I was in the room and everyone went home for the day. Tried to tell us Dr. Lowry was needed at the hospital and they didn’t know, when called Dr. Lowry flat out said her office staff forgot I was in the room. Was sent a $50 visa gift card “for my troubles”. Next appointment was via video call because of covid, which was fine. Now. I am at the point where I moved two months ago and have been trying for two months to get my records moved to another state. Records department? Magically closed EVERY time I call. I cannot get ANYONE to call me or send my records.
If you’re thinking of coming here- don’t, RUN. This office is awful and doesn’t care about their patients and their well being.
