I've been seeing Barimani and Brinsfield for years, and they're both great. Same with the assistants. Contacting via the myPennMedicine app usually gets a helpful response within a few minutes, which is amazing.

I came in for an appointment in the radiology department today. It was super easy to make an appointment with them when I called last week. The front desk staff was very kind! The provider that handled my imaging was also very sweet. I’m happy that I was able to get an appointment with them and had a great experience!

I'm with upenn in another town I was not happy with my doctors. I called here at kennet only to be more disappointed with the 3 moth wait for new patient's. Only I am a upenn patient I would have to register as a new patient but my question was if I'm already with upenn my information in is the system why would I have to register as new? Never made sense until I read all these comment and review s stating what I already knew 3 month wait time amd the phone wait was ridiculous as well.wow. I'll just stay with my old doctor atleast they answer their phones.oh btw.the Google response to everyone's comments are so generic it's stupid! This is truly sad that this is actually a DOCTORS review page.wow.how are they still open?

Previous Doctor swore had Lime Disease because a badly bruised Toe, happened indoors. Not even Blood test high White Blood count.

Zero stars! How can a doctor's office front desk take the phone off the hook, leave patients on hold forever and be rude if you actually do get through? So unbelievable and disappointing. And the online appointments isn't working and says you have to call. Haha.

So upset! I LOVE Mark Barimani and Dr. Ginsburg but. You literally cannot make an appointment as they NEVER pick-up the phone anymore. I actually was very sick with Covid like 3 weeks ago. They took the phone off the hook and all you got was a busy signal until 930am. Then, I waited in queue 54 minutes untill fell asleep. When I woke up, I called back at 1: 30 and waited 37 minutes for someone to answer. When the receptionist finally answered they had no appointments by then and she refused to open up the sick appointments for the next day even though I gave her all the details of my situation. I was like 9 weeks postpartum with a newborn. I really needed them and they weren't there for me. She told me to go to urgent care. What a mess. When I told her I was going to have to switch my family to a new practice if they dont have availability to work with us after our MANY years with them, she said, *OK. *

Hummm where shall I start! I was going to write a review months ago after experiencing countless ignorant and incompetent encounters with the reception desk oh and forget trying to call you can’t get through hold times or 15 20 minutes who has time for that! This review stems from my first call on Monday January 9 2023, my current drug prescription is unavailable and on backorder I called Kennett family practice and left a message for my doctor to call me, My pharmacist recommended me to call my doctor and have her prescribed another drug in place of the one that’s on backorder. Day two no call from my doctor or her PA. Day three called was on hold for 20 minutes talk to someone live they told me that they would give my doctor or her PA the message to either call my pharmacist with another drug recommendation or they were going to call me. Day four left a message no one would answer the phone Day five talk to someone live after 18 mins or holding, receptionist reassured me that she would give my doctor or her PA the message and they would call me by day end, it’s well past day end no phone call no nothing. Monday morning Day six I will be getting all of my medical records sent to my new Doctors office! I have had four more days of non-answering receptionist non-responding doctors or PAs had to finally get my husband involved to help me because there’s not enough time in the day to spend waiting for these incompetent idiots to help me I finally am having my records sent to Christiana care and maybe you should too!

They can’t answer their phone. 35 minutes on a jacked up loop of recordings on how busy they are. Terrible.

Wish I could give zero stars. We were standing in front of the receptionists as new patients and told we had to call to make an appointment. We have tried multiple times to call to make that appointment and been on hold each time over 40 minutes with no answer. How can we make an initial appointment if we can’t even get through? Receptionists are not friendly or patient at all. If you need a doctor, don’t bother here as you’ll never get through to speak to anyone and when you do, they’ll tell you they are at least 5 months out in making appointments.

Calling to Mae an appointment is grueling. 45 minutes in -twice- and disconnected. So much for needing an appointment quickly. This is why the ED ‘s are full! No doctors are answering!
Disappointing.
