Had my son brought in by ambulance due to a low temp and not responding well. Nurse came in and listened to him, scanned his head for a temp but the doctor never touched him. He popped in, asked why he was there, I explained and he ordered motrin/Zofran. I simply asked the nurse what the medications were for, as his temp was LOW and he had no vomiting.the nurse couldn't tell me so she had to go back and ask. Upon the doctor returning I felt my family had come on a little strong with the statements, "someone is missing something with him. " Dr. Smith must have taken this personally because he then became dismissive. My husband was clearly just upset and instead of Dr. Smith trying to just simply explain things in a calm manner he got into my husbands face. My husband asked him to please back up and in which case the doctor got closer. Arrogance took over that doctor. His ability to relate to clients and their current mental status is a zero. I understand the frustration doctors face when family blames emergency medicine for things PCP's don't catch or maybe what they don't do. I get that. But when you don't explain anything, don't touch the patient and then become combative, that's a problem.

Terrible! My dad went in there with terrible adominal pain, shaking, and in overall bad shape. They wouldn't even give him a wheelchair to use while he was having issues walking to even use the restroom let alone when he left. My sister who has a injured shoulder had to help him up to go to the restroom and get on their butts to get him a wheelchair to even leave the hospital! Horrible hospital and shouldn't even exist if this is how they treat patients especially when they are high risk and know they have a bunch of health issues.

Terrible organization. They will call and try and threaten you that they will send your medical bills to collections haha.

Sitting in triage for the last 45 minutes. Having pain when breathing and there is no one here to help.

Sat there yesterday with a patient and ran the remote for tv. Only 5 ridiculous channels. Called cable. No one is returning calls to straighten out the repair of fixing tv. How would they like to lay there without tv. Shame on them!

Staff is unresponsive, not caring and unmotivated to help patients.
Cannot make a decision that best for the patient.
A patient was kept in “observation” after having a stroke in the hospital during a 3 day stay. The staff still did not do routine checks, fluids, monitoring or blood panels.

This is clear neglect and a shame to call this a hospital or emergency room.

The doctors, nurses, aides, technicians and Jen Bish could not possibly have done a better job with our mother while she was a patient on the 2nd floor. We’ve been to a lot of hospitals over the years, for comparison, and are so proud these people are right here in St Marys. We have absolutely NO complaints and nothing but praise and love for all of them. Very compassionate and loving! Thank you all so much!

I walked in to an extremely rude lady at the front desk. No hello or anything. This is how the conversation went. Do you have a mask. No I don't. I get a mask tossed my way. I put it on. She says pull it up over your nose. I say I have asthma and I won't be able to breath. She says go get your temperature. I walk over and take my temperature. I walk back and she says what was it. I tell her and she says where are you going. I tell her and I am on my way thank goodness. I had injections in my back and I can't not say enough about the nurses. They were so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Vollmer is wonderful. He has the best bed side manner and explains things so that when you leave you fully understand the game plan.

The only good thing about my experience here was they got me in Right away. I showed up last night in a wheel chair, unable to walk or do much of anything. Their answer was to pump me full of pain killers and muscle relaxers then send me home. That's right. No x-rays or MRI just get me loopy and back in a wheel chair. I was denied any other services, and had to leave. As of today the pain is slightly less but I still can not walk. Pondering the legality of what happened here.

If you want a hospital where looks are more important than helping the patient, then this is the place for you. Don't be fooled my friends, they will belittle you, let you know you are trash and hide it behind a thin veil of compassion that seams to be pulled out of the darkest places of the minds of these "Doctors". Not impressed. Oh yeah, wait times. Ha they are horrendously slow. Especially once they know they made their money. In the end it's a business, don't let them fool you. They don't care, they only want paid.

I was visiting inlaws for the holidays and was not expecting a hospital visit (I mean.who does?). But life happens, and I appreciated the respect and attention that they gave me. I was admittedly very concerned and cautious coming from my background and entering this space, but I was received with respect, dignity, and incredible care. The healthcare team was very attentive, organized, and well coordinated. I enjoyed my interactions, given the circumstances, and would vouche for this team anytime.

Worst hospital I've been to so unprofessional and rude. Especially if you call to ask about anything!
