This is only pertaining to Dr. Harry Dinsmore. If you know what's good for you run don't walk and find another orthopedic surgeon. One that listens and admits when they make a mistake. Check out his reviews before you take that chance ask around. It's a sad day that he keeps running ads in a local paper and billboards to get new patients.

Quicklab closed (ok probably because of holiday no big deal). Went to register at hospital sat and waited patiently as there were people in front of me. My name comes up next on the screen as receptionist calls another person in to finish whatever they had started. Next receptionist calls next person on list. I speak up saying I was skipped and was told I needed to put my name back in at the end of the list. Ridiculous as if my time if my time isn't important as well!

I never would have chosen to end up spending vacation here instead of at the lake but the nurse staff was kind and cheerful, and my hospitalist was great, went above and beyond in figuring out why I wasn't responding to my antibiotic treatment.

Totally rude operator, would not transfer call to ED. My parent is there, not getting any information. Told me to go to ED if I’m that concerned. I would if I didn’t live 5 hours away lady! Wish an administrator would look into this rudeness! Totally unprofessional. I am a nurse and can’t believe this is allowed to happen. Would love to fill out a Press Gainey for this hospital, disrespectful and unacceptable behavior for people working in healthcare.

The nursing staff is 5 stars! The Incompetent hospitalist gets less than 1 star. I don't know his name since he refused to answer any questions while my cousin laid in bed dying. She was swollen to double her size and this A$$hole did nothing but say he was sending her to Danville. It took days to transport her and it was too late. It used to be doctors would try anything to save a life. Unfortunately the hospitalist's predijudice against woman let my cousin die. His predijudice against women was so evident I am shocked the hospital would want him. He told me he answered questions the day before I was not there. He was shown pictures of her legs when she was admitted and how they doubled in size he was a dismissive jerk. He said he did not have time he was needed in Tyrone. I could accept if life saving measures were taken but he did not care. He lacks compassion, knowledge and empathy. I will find out his name so no one else suffers the same fate. He was the hospitalist for the 1st floor.

The OR for my boyfriend's hip replacement was phenomenal! The staff and Docs are wonderful! Thank you!

I just spent over 4 hours in er had multiple test done. Begged the Dr and nurses to put the iv in a different location other then my wrist. Dr had my last test results at 3: 21 but yet I still sat in that dirty room in pain from the iv until I took it out myself got dressed and left. I'd rather be home suffering without pain in my wrist. The nurse with the bright pink shoes on should not be allowed to work with people. She's very rude and nasty towards patients. I'll deal with my illness at home and don't care if it will harm me or not. I'll never go back to that er!

A joke. They won't let both parents back in the room. When I asked the girl said only one person real smart like.

My stay at this hospital was to say the least very smooth and easy. The staff was attentative and very caring and on time with all meds and anything else that was needrd to help me get better. Myself and my family thank you so very much.
