That is the worst service we have ever used. Honestly, I don't recommend! Charge is high but quality is really low

Avoid this place like the plague, especially if you are an owner operator like mmmmm yself. Went in with a def quality code, took them a day to get the part, then the took all day, said they had it fixed, and then they realized they didn't fix anything.

I finally had to insist they just clear the codes and took it somewhere else.

For all that, they charged me 3700, for no repair! Vast majority of it labor. They actually charged me 12 hours of labor for a 10 hour day! Absolutely a total rip off.

Got us in right away, diagnosed the problem and was on the road timely. Displayed great teamwork while solving the issue.

Like I said before this is one of the very few companies out on the road that actually care and they take honor and pry during their jobs I've been coming to this facility for a few years and I will continue coming to this facility until I retire or decide to sell my truck. I'm sorry to hear about that other driver that brought in his truck that had a CAT engine and he said that they were advertising that work on all engines I would like to know where he see that advertising. I'm just going to put this out there that's just like taking your Peterbilt to a Freightliner dealership and ask them to work on your truck.

I came in here for a coolant at the bottom of my engine Detroit 60 Series that is they repaired within a hour and fix my governer to my air compressor and the mechanic had advised me that I had air leak I will be returning for the service very knowledgeable mechanics and great customer service I will keep them in business it’s hard to find good shops in transportation industry nowadays

Do not bring your CAT engine here. Although this shop advertises it fixes all makes including CAT, the fellas who work there are clueless on that one. They’ll bring you in and in a few hours will announce they don’t normally work on CAT (no ECM diagrams in my case). So you will leave with useless guesses and a few hundred dollars of paper weight.

Good management, friendly and helpful staff and they are really professionals! I got twice in their shop, and they gave me right diagnosis to my truck in a quick time!

All people is very helpful…. They took 1 days to fix my truck after get parts.and they drop to me at motel and pickup form motel when ever I wan to…Thankyou pen power group. Pete is very nice person….

Great place staff is very frienly they make you feel at home. Technicians get down to the problem and get it fixed. Get you back on the job in no time. I will defenently recomend Penn power group to all my truck driver friends and everyone outthere. GREAT GREAT PLACE.

Do not go here in a Peterbilt. They do not know what they are doing, at least the guy that they had working on mine didn't. Went in with air leak in the dash, they diagnosed it to be a brake chamber, changed 2 brake chambers, air still leaking in the dash. Not from the brake valve.

Great facility, staff and quality of work. Traveled 3.5 hours based off a recommendation and very happy.

First time my experience with there Sarvic is excellent very professional technician with reasonable price & specially cumulation response was very impressive with quick response, front desk staff was friendly.

Showed up after hours when my reefer went down and met me at the place. Fixed it no problem and I was on my way within half an hour.

I used this shop twice for refer repairs and I must say they will get you in and out pretty quick. This last time my alternator went out. From the time I hit the lot until I left it took them a hour, will definitely be back.

Really really greedy people, my truck was not touched even and they charged me $412 for nothing, they are really expensive, stay away from them and check other places.
