I used to see Dr. Keah at this office and I’m glad I switched to a different practice. I’m disgusted by the negligence displayed by this practice. Phone lines turned off when the office is still supposed to be open, a defunct prescription refill line, and ignored messages all resulting in my family member going through withdrawals from their medication because Dr. Keah refuses to respond to medication refill requests. Absolutely sickening to see a doctor care so little about her patient’s physical and mental health. Stay far, far away from this office, and find a better doctor.
