My husband was going to the Phoenixville office. He recently switched to Collegeville. There was almost no wait time on a Monday afternoon, which is great! The front office was friendly. The waiting room was comfortable and quiet. If there is no update that follows here than his appointment went well too. He really needs help with his disorder so I am praying that this place is his saving grace. I just cant stand to see him go back to stay at an awful facility like he was at in Reading for two weeks. He was worse when he got out. Its hard to get good mental health help. UpDATE Ayanna has forgotten two months in a row to call in his medications after his appointment and no one answers when we call the office. This has happened 4x so far in the time he's been a patient here. Seems like psych meds shouldn't be taken spurraticly like this since his mental health depends on the treatment facility doing their job. Withdrawal is pure hell for him and for his family Its a shame because no one else takes our insurance so he is stuck here. Pennsylvania doesn't care about your mental health. Its so apparent by the Medicaid and Medicare system. Cant wait to get out of this state!

They used to be good, I'm not sure what happened. I have been going here for around a year and the receptionists used to answer the phones and get back to you quickly. Now, its awful. I have called and left voicemails for an appointment as an existing patient for several days in a row to receive no call back. I have been put on hold and forgotten about twice now. If an existing patient can't even get in contact with them, I would say don't waste your time trying to schedule

I can NEVER get on the phone and when i do the office staff is usually rude.i had to switch psychiatrists because elizabeth clark wouldn’t listen to anything i had to say, she would increase meds to doses that were uncomfortable instead of trying new medications.i wish it wasn’t hard for me to find places that take my insurance otherwise id switch.

This is the most unprofessional place I've been too by far. The receptionist and the doctors are always having conversations about the most random things behind the desk while several patients are waiting to be seen. If you have an appointment at 8 am, you'll be seen at 9 am. One of the doctors doesn't even show up in the building when the place opens! The doctors are so unprofessional and say the craziest things, wasting hours of time just talking about whatever they want to, half the conversatios I have with my doctor are about things totally unrelated that he just brings up out of nowhere. The receptionist is just plain rude and refuses to directly answer any questions asked, she barely even seems capable of having a conversation while she's on her computer.

The whole office doesn't do telehealth appointments anymore, so anyone with any limitation that requires them to have over the phone appointments are screwed over because they don't seem to care. It seems like this whole place just doesn't care for their patients.

If you take a medication with any stigma surrounding it, this is an awful idea because there's a good chance it's not prescribed here or they'll stop prescribing it soon. If you have the choice, please find a different psychiatrist.

I do not recommend this place at all, find somewhere else, I can assure you it is not worth it. They brush off criticism as "hate" and "they just don't understand, " it's frustrating. I highly recommend you find somewhere else that will be more understanding towards their patients, thanks for reading.
