It would be nice if when you call for whatever reason you get to speak to a real person and not have to leave a message and then wait for someone to hopefully call you back the same day
What kind of Healthcare is this?

I’m really grateful for my doctor, Tracy. I never had such a good experience with a doctor in Berks county. She actually listens to my concerns and takes care of them right away.

I've been seeing Dr. Ventuzelo at the Family Practice here, she's nice and knowledgeable. It's a shame that the doctors are so rushed - I believe it's 15 min appointment windows? I've received more time with other PSH Specialists I've seen, but I believe that's the nature of billing-for-time regarding Primary care vs specialty physicians (I'm told). Dr. V is cool and helped manage my leave papers, receptionists have upped their game.used to be threadbare here a year ago and I would never get return calls. So things have improved, but I would reccomend a good private PCP if you can find it around, might get more time with them
