They did randomly reschedule my original appointment which was annoying, but I managed to get a cancellation appointment much sooner.

I saw Dr. Moussa (sp?) and Dr. Craig and liked both of them very much. Lots of testing was ordered within reason, and they both listened to me. I would see them again if needed.

I tell everyone when the subject comes up to avoid this place like the plague based on just one thing alone: they charge you an insanely gargantuan amount just for the skin testing alone, and on top of that, their system does not work with you on any remotely reasonable payment plan that works for your budget either. They dictate payments to you and you either make it or get sent to collections.

My experience was pre-pandemic/inflation even. The gross charge amount for simple skin testing at the time pre-insurance or if a person had no insurance was nearly $5k. Almost Five THOUSAND dollars, you read that right.and then even with my insurance it was net over $1200. I'm no stranger to allergy testing and shots as the prior state I lived in my initial skin testing charge was a little under $400 and insurance covered most of that as well.

This place fleeces people essentially and I wouldn't wish on anyone to have to find that out the hard way after the fact like I did. If you even fathom trying to use them, make sure you get a hard printed copy of their base charges for all aspects involved with no insurance factored in so you can't be blindsided when it's too late afterwards.

Zero stars! Dr Ghaffari never looked at my seriously sick sons medical records I brought. Her student assistant diagnosed him based on questions that she wrote wrong answers to. Said son was seen multiple times in local ER and given prednisone for joint pain. That never happened. He has no joint pain.
