Rushed seriously ill infant to Hershey’s PICU where his life was saved by the team assigned to him. Now he is getting the proper care he needs to recover. Doctors and nurses are also very thorough in their evaluations and explain everything clearly. I do not think that this child would be here with us today were it not for this hospital.

I was referred here to the pediatric hematologist for my son from our pediatrician. The walk from the parking garage to the Children’s Hospital was very close and the parking garage was laid out very easy. The hematology/oncology suite was so nice and cheerful and the staff was absolutely amazing and wonderful. Such a pleasant, sweet group of ladies. They all really left the impression that they cared and made you feel welcome and at ease. The doctor we saw was great and explained everything thoroughly and she was so kind as well. I definitely recommend them.

Our child spent 3 weeks in the PICU. Excellent quality healthcare! Special thank-you to Dr. Duane Williams. He was the attending PICU doctor the evening my son arrived at the ER in cardiac failure. Dr. Williams was called to the ER and he was the one that knew what to do. Also thank-you to Dr. John Myers and Dr. Joseph Clark, the cardiac surgeons who managed the ECMO.

I took my baby to a med center doctor appointment of campus.they lied about her size on record.then at 1 am cps came kidnapped my child gave her to Hershey med who said she's perfect on arrival. Now I'm being charged with failure to thrive even tho it says weight inconsistent on her report. I haven't seen my newborn for 5 days the hospital tells me she's not there. My mom works in building next to children hospital. I've been dropping b milk to the lobby 2 time a day to know one I guess. They won't let me see her or ask about they say there's no one here. I have 5 older kids and no record prior one is near 14 years down to a 3 yr. Please don't go here they did this to kidnap my healthy perfect baby. I own a home it could happen to you too!

We couldn’t have been happier with our birth experience at Hershey. Our daughter had to stay in the NICU for about 3 weeks and the staff was incredible, truly. There are so many accommodations for new parents and babies in the nicu to make it easier. Jess was one of our favorite nurses, she was so smart and kind and amazing at her job. She would even put a lullaby on the TV for our daughter at night for us. We also had another wonderful nurse who would sit and talk with us about how sweet our baby was and about being parents. I would never want to deliver anywhere else. Thank you, NICU nurses and staff!
