4They listened and showed me understanding and respect.
I spent more than 25 min trying to speak to a human. The menu was slow and kept repeating. I did as it said, but I guess they think nobody has anything to do, like work, but wait in an endless loop and on hold.
Dr. Amy Hays is the best Dr that I've ever had she took the time too actually listen too all of my health issues and actually took the time too go over each and every option I had for treatment. She even found a health issue that I never knew I had that could of been life threatening. I can not praise her enough she make you feel at home like your talking too family. And she actually cares about her patients. Great Dr. Great Person. Again I can't Thank or Praise her enough. Would definitely recommend too others matter of fact I have.
Dr. Hays and the PA Jess see our family including my two year old son. They are amazing. I couldn't ask for a better doctor's office. Jess and Dr. Hays are amazing with all of us, answer all of our questions, and provide amazing care. My first appointment with Jess over a year ago, we decided to switch our whole little family over to them. They aren't like most doctor's offices that rush you out the door. These two care providers actually care about their patients.
