I needed to schedule a follow-up with my PCP 3 weeks following an urgent care visit. I was a patient there but since my Doctor (which I didn't pick, I didn't really care which Doctor or Doctors I saw) left they couldn't schedule me and told me they're just a call center, go find a new PCP.

After calling in for a prescription refill I was told that my provider left the practice, I was no longer a patient there and they WOULD NOT refill my prescription. I’ve been a patient there for years and they just kick me to the curb with no warning. I do NOT recommend this place.

Was very happy with my provider until she left the practice, I received no notification of this change and even still have a follow up appointment scheduled with her. The staff were rude on the phone basically stating that i am no longer a patient there and I would need to find a new PCP. At the very least I should have been absorbed by another provider for my follow up appointment, they didn’t even provide me with a list of practices that are taking new clients. The whole thing is very unprofessional.

At first I was very pleased and absolutely loved my provider, however my provider left the location and afterwards I was completely appalled with the care I received. I had tested positive for covid with a home test so I called in for further instructions since I have other serious medical conditions. The lady informed me that my provider no longer was with the office and it was past the grace period where the other providers were taking on some of her patients. She continued saying I would need to find a new primary care provider. I informed her that I never received any communication stating that my provider left and I needed to be seen. She then very rudely said that since I'm not associated with any of the current providers I was technically not their patient anymore and she could not schedule me an appointment! I was finally seen after speaking to the office manager, however the whole situation just got worse and worse for the sake of not writing a novel, I won't go into details about all the other things that happened while I was being treated for COVID. Needless to say I'm gladly not a patient with this office anymore and advice anyone to go elsewhere for care!

Waited all day for a phone call from a nurse or someone @ front desk, Never happened! This place needs an office MANAGER.

My daughter just saw Dr. Lowe. He did not knock or introduce himself upon entering the room. She explains that he barely touched her and quickly examined her. He didn’t explain his findings at all. She was very uncomfortable the whole time. The doctor’s notes describing the visit include many tasks he did not perform. There were many typos and misspellings in his notes as well. She is very confused about what his diagnosis is because he didn’t explain it. Poor! We are going to transfer our records soon.

Called to schedule a follow up for a treatment they have been managing for nearly a year, only to find out my doctor has left and that they are not taking new patients; New patient, I am not. This is the second time they have done this to me, should have learned the first time. Not sure how they keep patients when they seem to have lost all sense of customer service.

Called today to schedule an appointment only to find out our provider is leaving the practice AND they are making the patients leave as well. They will NOT continue to see those patients and we have to choose a different location to go to. We never received a letter or anything. What a horrible way to treat patients PSH.
