The wait time here is ridiculous! Last time I waited 1 1/2 hours. Here I sit again, going on an hour! Stop booking too many appointments. Our time is valuable too!

Whenever we show up for an appt, it's usually an average of 1 to 1.5hrs in the waiting room. As a result, my wife sits there in pain the entire time. Aside from the waiting room always being packed, it is also I'll equipped to support those in wheelchairs.
