6It's clean, surprisingly and the staff is pretty friendly, it's a nice quiet location. And pretty close to town.
This motel is one of a few that is consistent with cleanliness, service and the location is not to far out of the way
I was in a vehicle accident and this is where the tow truck brought me, I was hurting very badly ask them where the ice was so I could make an ice pack for my shoulder they said they did not have an ice machine. But they did give me four cubes of ice from their own kitchen. Which lasted about 45 minutes. I went back and asked for more ice than they said they didn't have any. I tried to rent a car the next day they had none in this town to rent so I went back to the front desk as the gentleman there if I could stay in my room for a couple of extra hours until my ride could get here from Ohio. He charged me $65. The entire room was not but $88 for the night. These people are very rude and do not care about the people that stay in their rooms, all they want is the money. I will never come back here again and highly recommend no one else does
Pros: hot shower & good Wi-Fi. Cons: The property is very old & rundown. The sheets & towels were stained & threadbare. The mattresses are worn out & offer no support. The floor was not vacuumed as there was debris & food on the carpet. No TV when it rains because the satellite service goes out. Some of the rooms are smoking so the sidewalk in front of the rooms is littered with butts. The area is also very noisy. If you book with one credit card but try to check-in with a different credit card, you will turned away until you can provide the booking credit card. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this property.
STAY AWAY! This place is nasty. The bed are hard the furniture is old and smells bad.also they don’t respect your privacy they will come in the room and ask why the water is on. Very disrespectful people.
