Penn Therapy & Fitness Radnor reviews
15Friendly service and staff, but their prices were unbelievably high, so I stopped going. $1,200 for a one hour session was ridiculous. I'm thankful my insurance covered most of it.
Matt is knowledgeable and kind. He always wanted to hear problems I was experiencing in following through on exercises and modified them so I would keep doing them. He is the very best.
Staff was very professional and thorough. I am extremely happy with my improvements as a result of their therapy.
I went here for a few months to help with a lower back injury. All of the front desk staff was super kind and friendly. And Mike was excellent. I would definitely recommend if one was looking for PT.
Matt Johnson was excellent. He laid out a plan of action for each session and listened to me about my pain and alternative movements/exercises that would help with my PT.
Ryan was attentive and knew what he was doing. It was helpful that he showed me on an app how the muscles attached to bone and how all interacted. This helped me understand more about how the exercises were helping me, where to focus on for a particular exercise, and why/what I felt during the exercises. Very helpful to my recovery, and I have a great set of exercises to do/continue to do at home.
The therapists are highly qualified and were very instrumental in strengthening my muscles after hip replacement surgery
First time in my life where physical therapy actually resolved my pain issues. Previous experiences with physical therapist did not resolve different pain issues. Erica is awesome.
It was my first experience with Penn Therapy and I did not knowany therapist there. However, the therapist I was assigned to was a great therapist and I feel I was very fortunate to have met him. He took enough time to diagnose what kind of pain I have and made sure what exercises are most effective in my case. Not mention of the fact he was very knowledgeable about his profession, but he was very caring and earnest to help you recover your health.
Don’t seem to get any benefit from PT. This is the 5th PT I have had in the last 10 years over various issues I have had, none of them seemed to work any more than me being active in the ordinary course of a day. I doubt PT is an insightful approach and lean towards believing, rather cynically, it is another invented way for higher income people to waste their money. This is not meant as a negative comment directed to your therapists. They have all been thoughtful. But the science is primitive, shoots blindly to catch or miss, results are no more effective or refined than keeping an active life and the effort does not give the returns for the time/money invested, in my view. Sorry.
It's a very nice and helpful place. Wonderful, kindhearted people always willing to help. Matt is one of a kind therapist, very caring and attentive. I had an excellent experience. If you wish to get stronger and do better in life, this is the place to go.
I had a great experience with my physical therapy at GSPP. My PT Nicholas Bertsch did aaa excellent job understanding my issues, explaining the exercises, and encouraging me. I went from using crutches to hiking in about 3 months after my injury. The entire staff was very friendly and supportive. Thank you!
I had spine surgery. Stephanie was my physical therapist. She is great. She explains everything that she’s doing and why she’s doing it. Love her.
I felt warmed and welcome to be there no one was judge some one on there disability and I felt like my therapist know what to do
Very helpful! I went for pelvic floor discomfort in pregnancy. The therapist gave me exercises to do as well as a recommendation for a belt to wear which was really helpful. I will be going back after I deliver my baby!
