Penn Therapy & Fitness University City reviews
16Patient and challenging, attention to detail and personable. It took several weeks to relieve the worst neck and shoulder pain/stiffness that I have experienced. I'm doing the home maintenance several weeks later and things are good. Props to Penn Shepherd.
I worked with Emily Steinberg for two bulging discs in my spine, doing McKenzie therapy. She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and she helped my back heal quickly from a major injury without overwhelming me or asking very much of me. I would highly recommend her!
My experience with Claire was very good. She helped me with the exercises I needed to help my back pains. I would give her 5 stars for her efforts. Thank you Claire!
Do not come here. They are super expensive. They will charge you $ 1000 + for the smallest of services.
Penn therapists are wonderful …Rachael made sure that she reviewed the doctor’s order frequently.after providing strategies for coping and managing the pain she slowly pushes you toward managing on your own. I improved under the care of these professionals … and have coping strategies for long term management.
My PT Keith was great! He always had helpful exercises that addressed the pain I was having in my knee. He was attentive and always looking for different, more effective ways to improve my mobility and strength. Great PT, nice guy.
Gayle was great. My sessions were well planned out and I am all healed. Definitely would recommend
I was very satisfied with the service that I received on March 23rd, it turns out that I didn't even get the therapy that I thought I was going to receive because my condition was already better and I was told that I didn't have to do the Occupational therapy after all.
My therapist was patient with me and we both was always on time she explained everything very well and clearly well spoken very detail I enjoyed being there and the helped I've got
My experience at Good Shepard Penn Partners Therapy was pretty good from check in to check out. The personnel at check in were pleasant and quick to respond to you when you come in. They treat you with respect and try to handle any problems to the best of their ability. The therapist also treated me respectfully. She didn't have me waiting long for her to come out and get me for my session. She was knowledgeable in the area of my disability and always assisted me with my exercises. She made sure that I understood the exercises that she gave me to do at home before I left there that day. She always listened to what I told her about my pain and progress at home. She could give me other suggestions based off of what I said. I am much better off now from when I came there. Thank you Penn Therapy for helping me in my recovery.
The staff is beyond professional and friendly. It's like hanging with professional friends. Yeah!
I went to Good Shepard after my hip replacement surgery.my therapist Eric worked me at my pace but also challenged me to do better.he was also easy to talk to and very very knowledgeable.he gave me all the tools I need to progress and get back to my physical best. I am grateful to have experienced Good Shepard.
I like penn fitness and therapy because they target you weak area so that you can be stronger and work on it after you finished your therapy
Went in with chronic debilitating back and knee pain 12 weeks ago. Feeling so much better now after working with Nicole. She listened well and gave me many good tips. I can enjoy more activities now! I’ve got to do my part to keep it going but it is so gratifying to make so much progress without surgery or medication!
I have used Good Shepherd for therapy several times. In every case it has been a benefit. Eventually, I am able to resume 80% to 100% of movement again. It is very good to be able to confidently put my trust in them.
Overall, I would rate it as excellent. Emily V, my therapist, was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the treatment and was able to answer all of my questions in great detail. She was of great help and the exercises recommended worked well on my back injury. Would highly recommend her as well as the entire facility as the rest organization appeared to be highly professional.
