What a dive! Management still has.not re-opened their offices due to covid. Really people - this is July 2023. Trash everywhere.

Beautiful homes. Great place to live but the rental add-ons are ridiculously high. I was interested until I saw the rental add-ons (lot fee & propane) and who knows how many other fees.

Was looking to get a home here, due to problems with my mortgage company I was unable to, but despite that Paul was AMAZING the entire time, always answering questions for us, constantly helping us, and dealing with my mortgage company in attempt to get us a home there. If I could give Paul 10 stars I would. We appreciate all of the help, and will always recommend this place and especially Paul!
