Pennbrook Dentistry, North Wales PA

My family has had some bad experiences with dentists in the past: recommending unnecessary procedures, bad "chair-side manner", etc. So when we find a good dentist that we trust, we tend to stick with them! Luckily, we've found that with Dr. Patel at Pennbrook Dentistry. She doesn't push unnecessary or cosmetic procedures and does a great job with the work she does do! There was one tooth I had a filling in that had been bothering me off and on for years (I don't think it was done correctly in the first place and attempts to fix it didn't work), but when Dr. Patel fixed the filling, it's finally stopped bothering me. Plus, all the other office staff are also great. I've recommended her practice to my whole family and many of them go to her now, including some who had been putting off dental visits for years due to the reasons mentioned above. Highly recommend this practice!

The Dental Hygienist Alka did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She worked with exceptional skill to address all quadrants of my mouth and paid strict attention to areas of concern related to my cleaning. I finally purchased the Oral power tooth brush as recommended and feel like I am totally on my way to taking even better care of my teeth and gums. Amy, the Receptionist is also the most efficient person I know and definitely places a smiling face of comfort for the dental practice.

Dr. Patel was extremely patient and understanding of all my dental needs. I needed veneers since I struggled with erosion of my front teeth. Thanks to her I can finally smile confidently! I'd recommend Dr. Patel and her kind/friendly staff to anyone who needs the slightest dental treatment to to most extreme cosmetic service. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Dr. Patel, I feel like a million bucks!

We recently moved and Im so glad we found pennbrook dentistry.

As soon as I walked in, Amy greeted me immediately and was friendly and welcoming. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was seen right on time.

I haven’t been to a dentist in a while and Shari the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was fantastic. She was gentle yet effective and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything she was doing.

During my exam, Dr. Patel was friendly, thorough and professional.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this dental office and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care. Thank you for a great visit Pennbrooke.

I really liked my first visit here. Reception was really polite and welcoming, the cleaning was thorough and not painful, and Dr. Patel was knowledgeable, approachable, and honest — she didn’t upsell certain procedures but was helpful when I asked her questions about things.

Finding a new dentist is always annoying to me but I was required due to an insurance change. I was pleasantly surprised with the entire process. I got in as a new patient in less than a week and was sent a link to complete all the forms ahead of time. I sat in the waiting area for only a short time and the whole team was welcoming, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Patel. Hopefully I found my dentist for many years.

Recently moved to the area and needed to find a new practice for myself and my family. I am so happy I went with Pennbrook. They are all so kind and really put me at ease. Dr Patel and Shari have both been very accomodating due to the fact that I have some dentist office anxiety. Amy at the front desk just might be the nicest human being on the planet. Scheduling is easy and I have yet to wait more than just a couple minutes. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I have really enjoyed going to Dr. Patel! I have tried a few offices since moving to the area and I really enjoy Dr. Patel’s calm, warm demeanor and excellent dentistry. Amy is very sweet, the office is extremely clean and I love the organic mint chapstick they gave me. I highly recommend this practice!

The front office staff and hygienists are amazing, I am not a fan of the 48hr cancellation notice or you get charged $50. I understand the concept and reason behind it but the office also doesn’t want anyone with symptoms of being sick in the office per the signs so you have to work with patients that are cancelling because of sickness with themselves or within their household… they are doing what the office is asking them to do, and then being financially penalized for it. 48 hours is also a bit much as no one typically knows two days before they will be sick….

My previous dentist retired. I was fortunate to find Dr. Patel's practice. This was a most courteous and knowledgeable team from Amy at reception, to the dental hygienist and Dr. Patel. They treated me with courtesy, were very informative and did an excellent job on the teeth cleaning and inspection and scheduling of the next appointment. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
