Great with my dog. She's w spoiled teacup Chihuahua and screams crazy when you clip her nails but they did great.

Pennell vet is like our second family! While we don’t always like going to the vet, we love to see everyone’s smiling faces! And they love our pets as if they were their own.

Efficient Drs.who communicate clearly with you and are good with the pets. A little expensive.

I been going here for 30+years, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr Sykien and Dr. Michelle very knowledgeable and professional as is the rest of the staff!

I have taken my dog here since I got her as a puppy, which was 11 years ago. She has gotten all her shots, surgerys, etc here. She has gotten teeth cleaned and pulled. They have helped her through tummy aches, bee stings and all her woes. Pricing is reasonable. Hours are convenient.

The staff, Dr & vet techs are always pleasant. Great experience. Kandi recovered nicely after her visit.fortunately it's not their fault, she doesn't like the car ride or the office visit!

Chester loves going to Pennell Veterinary Clinic. Everyone is so nice and they take wonderful care of him, especially Dr. Syken.

So I gave this a 2 but the staff and the male doctor were a 10! Very friendly, answered all our questions and took care of Sandman with empathy. However that was the. 2nd visit. On the first visit my elderly mom took her cat. He had black stuff all over his body, hair falling out, hair on his legs gone and they were raw with sores etc. My mom was so worried with anxiety about him. She made an appointment with the lady doctor. This witch immediately said “it’s fleas” didn’t touch him, turn him over look at him. My mom was so worried she begged the lady to look at his legs. SHE WOULDNT EVEN LOOK AT HIM! Told my mom it’s dirty, give him a bath. My mom got blood work which came back fine but it was $550. My mom lives off her SS so that was a lot of money for her, but she loves her cat. Almost 2 months later it’s getting worse and I saw him and I knew it was not fleas. We made an appointment with the male doctor who looked him over and let us know it was a skin condition (can’t begin to pronounce what it is). He gave him 2 shots and meds to go home with. He also let us know within 36-48 hours we will start to feel better. Which is amazing. But what I’m also hearing is that this poor cat has been suffering for over 2 months because this lady didn’t want to even look at him. She just let him suffer because she was lazy. Why are you a vet? You clearly don’t like animals. And the way she treated my mom was absolutely unacceptable. She’s an older lady who is simply worried about her cat and just wanted you to look at his sore legs and you couldn’t even do that! We had to pay another $127 but that was worth every penny to get him better. So moral of this review is you should go here because the staff and the male doctor is friendly. But NO DONT SEE THE LADY DOCTOR.dr Syken is a more experienced vet and actually listened to pet owner. Don’t recommend the lady vet - she didn’t pay attention to pet owners concerns and misdiagnosed and charged for medication the cat didn’t need.

Also, thank you for calling my mother to apologize and crediting her account for the wrong medicine that was given. That really helps her out greatly! I hope Kevin will have a conversation with the lady doctor, it seems from the reviews we aren’t the only ones that have had this issue with her. Again, thank you rectifying the issue!

This place is horrible! My grandmother's dog was dying and we lived right down the street we took trixy her only dog to this vet in desperate help 4 months after covid.
They turned us away and said it was because of covid.we pleaded to take trixy and we will wait in the car they said you must leave now letting trixy die a horrible death an hour later due to serious seizures. I will never forget them for this and always tell people never use this vet office

Where do I start?
When I called to schedule my appointment Dan was awesome. He found the perfect date and time that worked with my work schedule. He was kind and polite during the whole call. When I arrived I was greeted by Hunter and Lynne. They were both welcoming and kind. We were taken back very quickly and Dr. Michele was amazing. She answered all of my questions and was very understanding of not just my Ice baby’s needs but mine. She explained how to give him his eye medicine and complemented how well we are doing with him. I can not say enough great things about this crew.

Took my cat kissa to the vet 2 months ago. Tried calling to set an appointment for her due to a spot not healing right. The woman who took my call was rude, very vague about if the doctor was going to be in on Monday night and when I asked tonight or next week she went back and forth about which one it was. Then she said well you have to wait next week to see if he will just let you bring her in to take a look at what's wrong. I spent almost 800 dollars there and left a really nice review. The way I got spoke to I wish I could take my review back. I will not go back there even if it's free. I def would have paid for whatever she needs to get done but you can't even look at her after the amount I spent and this happened after I took her there and brought her back twice to get her stitches removed and even asked if this looks ok cuz I felt something was wrong then. They said no it's fine. So at this point I'm so disgusted and disappointed that this was the way this was handled.

My cat kissa was not doing well at all. I called multiple places and no one was able or willing to get her in right away even with me explaining what was wrong with her. I called Pennell and they saw me the next day. What can't I say about this place. They were amazing! They way they were with her made me feel so comfortable and safe knowing she was in good hands. The vet tech was so sweet with her and the doctor who did her surgery was just amazing. I think it was Dr. Stephen Syken who did her surgery. He did such a great job. Even the ladies at the front were so kind and sweet to me. Kissa was home the same day and they even called 2 days later to check on her. If you love and care about your pets and want a veterinary clinic who treats your fur babies with the same love and care please take them here. You will not be disappointed Thank you again for saving her life. I will definitely bring all my fur babies back here.

Amazing! They fit us in same day were so helpful, nice and patient! I highly recommend and will now be solely coming here for all pet needs!
