Penn's Corner Restaurant, Philadelphia PA

My first and last time coming here. They charged me an extra $5.50 for extra chicken. The salad itself is $7.75. Then the Asian woman in the front was rude when I made mention of it. If you are going to charge someone an extra $5 for extra meat, which is more than half the price of the entire dish itself, it should be a significant amount. They also do not offer refunds. I paid a total of $15.39.for a salad.

Wasn’t too busy at this particular hour. First time here. Just needed something quick to eat before my train to Trenton as I did not have breakfast.
Seems fairly clean from my view… the menu is pretty extensive, lots of options. I’m just getting fries. I am waiting for a second batch because they put the ketchup on my fries.
Much too messy for me. I prefer my ketchup on the side. You order through a screen so my suggestion is to make this request verbally as the option is not present when using the system.
She did seem a bit annoyed when speaking to the cook in her language, but for the most part the service was reasonable

At least twice a week I stopped there to get my breakfast always on point

Owner is Very Pleasant, will return to location. (Beer Prices Are A Little Inflated.)

Knocking off a star because it's one of those places where you have to know how to make a sandwich to order one. For example, a corned beef special is pretty standard, but I still have to go through the screens of choices - bread, etc. I should be able to just order a corned beef special and be done.

Definitely improving with the times and also has good food
