3Wish I could change water companies. This place is an absolute nightmare to the point you have to just laugh about it. They really take advantage of customers not being able to change water providers.
Horrible experience absolutely a no help when a crisis erupts in a water leak. They deny everything is not their respective problem. But they take your monthly payments readily
Extremely expensive, at least 2 to 3 times what others charge in neighboring towns. Lousy, dishonest customer service. Random outages with no notice. The notice i did receive this time did not mention being without water (maybe some discolored water) now im without water. I wish there was another choice for water supplier in my area but unfortunately they have a monopoly on this area.
