Pennsylvania CareerLink, Scranton PA

The carrerlink in Scranton is alright except for the large wait times to use computers and UC telephones but what should you expect with unemployed people searching for a line of work. Most of the Reps are great! Get you lined up almost immediately. I took several classes there when searching for a job. A few REPS Even helped me get into schooling for a trade which is now my career path. Parking is ridiculous! What do you want in the middle of Scranton. Anything to make a buck.

Caring people, willing to help and listen. Many courses are classes offered.

They were very nice especially the lady at the desk also Joe and Al were very helpful I thank them

They need to get rid of that heavy set man who knows the computers. He is lazy and becomes irritated when one asks for assistance
Your computers make accessibility very confusing and has no entry that goes right to career link page. Place is just plain waste of space and time. Best off having the same confusing on your phone or home computer. All these jobs and only had two companies there

Very low on money and then have to pay $3hr to park! Don't have it like that. And it's not unemplymt office just sign on.

The phone to the uc office was not in service. They will fax them for u, however they r behind 2 weeks. For me that will be 6 weeks no help. I feel helpless.
