This is rediculas. I'm trying to ask some questions about motorcycles permit on my busy day. They don't have time pick up my phone. I been on hold for 44 minutes 39 seconds. Really? R u guys kidding? Yeah I can imagine what a bad service. Thanks for nothing.

This place was horrible been there three times each an every time is been a hassle i have all legal documents to change my out of state license supervisor has refused to accept an change my license all three times with excuses to bring more documents thats not listed on the website at all in requirements to change out of state license today he told me i needed my driving record with me which was not mentioned before at all.because ill have stay with my Florida license as this supervisor has refused in all my attemps to change my out of license. This clearly racially profilimg me because im hispanic clear message to me not a problem i rather be me than just a number. I have no choice but live in PA with florida plates an license which is ok im essential truck driver worker im glad to serve Pennsylvania with there essential needs from florida.

They were very helpful and the place was very clean and Covid safe, everyone was wearing masks and again so polite.

Look if you live in the Langhorne/Feasterville area don't go to the one in Neshaminy and drive out here. It's worth the ride. The woman at the front was very helpful. I was trying to get an out of state license transferred but I lost it. She told me the steps I could take, where to print it near by, and even filled out the form for me! I've only had terrible experiences at other DMV's and I was expecting the same here but I was totally surprised. It was the best experience I've had at the DMV.

Transferring FL to PA license. All 3 people who assisted me were very professional and courteous. I was very pleased with the service they afforded me.

There are some really nasty and low IQ individuals working here. They are annoyed that they have to work while at work.

Very long wait and I was just getting a leaner permit they had at least 4 computers open the entire wait when we finally got up there after 2 to 2 and a half hours we were turned away because my physical form was missing only 2 or 3 items so we waited for nothing

Went on Saturday afternoon for new license photo ID and it took less than ten minutes. The two people i interfaced with were pleasant. No issues at all.

A full waiting room and only 3 of the 5 counters being used with only 2 of them being used with any real consistency. The only consistent part of this place is that the govt employees dont give a damn about performance of duties because they're protected. What. A. Joke.

Understaffed for the amount of visitors. Long wait. The staff was nice and layout was ok. I appreciated the electronic ticket numbers.

Failed my drivers permit by two questions, but the idiot behind the counter just assumed I had passed, and approved my permit and had to wait a long time for him to figure out how to fix it.

Worst human beings on this planet. Every time I've been there or called they are all miserable and extremely rude and there is absolutely no excuse for that. A woman actually argued with me over the phone today when I asked a simple question and stated what the website said. She had no idea what I was talking about on one of their most common forms so I'm not going to trust her "answer" to my question.

Am currently here and have been for 45 minutes. It is 10 am on a Tuesday and there are at least 50 people here with only 1 taking photos. I have at least another 45 minute wait. PA drivers license centers are the worst circle of hell.

This place sucks! Rude rude people. Waited an hour just to deal with more rude people. The lady that I dealt with had a permanent frown on her face like she was born with it.

My son had a rude and obnoxious test examiner. Didnt even have the courtesy to speak to me after my sons test. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TEST HERE!

Rude people and only except money orders and personal checks thanks for letting you know last minute

75 minute wait today! I'll try again on Friday. They need to have more centers or have bigger centers with more staff! Our tax dollars NOT at work.

I went there for my DL and people there in the building are awesome and welcome everyone go there.the instructors are fair and make you feel comfortable when you taking your driving test.the woman who work in the front desk is so nice and help everyone there and she even gave me a pack of candy when i gave her my permit saying i passed my Driving test lol.i recommend any one who live near Dublin-Pa to go there and you will pass fairly easily.good luck everyone (Heart)
