Pennsylvania Department of Transportation - Drivers License Center, Bedford

Just moved here from out of state and it was a very painless process to get my drivers license moved over to PA. Wonky hours but I was in and out in under 45 minutes

Quick and easy. The only complaint I have is they're only open 3 days a week and penndot is only there 2 of them until 3pm

Just got my replacement license in less than fifteen minutes! Since you can find all the forms you need online, I recommend showing up with your paperwork all ready to go and your check already written - I think that made it go a lot faster, because we were able to do everything in one transaction and I didn't have to wait for the people behind me in line.

All in all we got done what we needed to get done but the employees should go to customer service classes. The lady who takes the pictures for licenses, she is awesome! Very helpful.

Went here with the identification papers that the DMV PENNDOT website requires and was told that that the information I read was not correct. We needed a Birth certificate to get a Pennsylvania picture ID. Then was told that to get one in the Bedford State Farm building somewhere on Richard Street. Didn't get a address number. I have no idea where it was so
had to leave without getting a PA valid ID. This DMV is only open 2 days a week! If I had a closer one in town I would go to that DMV. Try to avoid this
one.

Barely open and can’t really do anything. Save your time and just make the trip to Altoona or somewhere else kind of close by. Don’t use this one.

The website said they were open at 800 I was there at 1045 and they were locked up there were no signs on the door or any other notice posted. I and 8 other folks were there. I had to drive 25miles there and back the only closest other dmv is 45miles away.

I was in & out of there in 30 minutes! Pompt, professional service. I don't know if I lucked out & showed up during a lull in business or not, but overall I was pleased the process was only a blip in my day.

Has "driver's license center" on the outside of the building, but doesn't offer any services an actual driver's license center would offer. Waste of time.

Glad to see the race card being played lol, you failed because you cant drive, not because of you race. It dont matter what the person in front of you did, you failed, plain and simple

3rd time my son had this guy and all three times he failed him. Today was the worst. He was completely inside the box was still failed cause he was too far away from the curb. I'm going elsewhere now. This same guy passed a kid last week who 1) couldn't parallel park and literally hit the cones and 2) had to swerve to miss a car coming around the corner by hokee gees and still passed him!
