The man taking photos needs another job there that he's not involved with the public, he is very unsociable and rude.

I went to renew my photo identification. It went so quickly. I was in and out in about 10 minutes.

Went to get ID for son place was very busy but didn't have to wait very long. Staff was very friendly and professional

Hope crasson got his fix today, failing me for parallel parking never hit a cone all 4 tires were in the lines and i did it in one shot, he likes to feel power of not passing kids.miserable.never going back.have only been waiting on this day since i knew what a car was, like i said.hope you got your fix.ignorant.and rude. “you failed, pull around the side of the building, usually i remind kids they can pull up and back 3 times”. Tells me this after i parked

I went there about a week ago to transfer my Puerto Rico license and I did not think it would be such a long process, I am currently supposed to wait on them for 2-3 weeks, and I don't even know if I'll be able to transfer my license.

I just bought a car and I'm not able to do anything because I don't have a PA ID, and this is frustrating.

The lady that did my paperwork wasn't even doing the correct procedure and didn't know what she was doing, if it weren't for another woman that was there and saw that she was doing literally everything wrong she would've sent the wrong information and I would've had to wait even longer.

Very upset with my experience.

I was there accompanying my daughter. I was extremely impressed with the customer service skills of the staff! They were very attentive and took care of customers ON the SPOT! It never used to be like that-ever! Now the office runs like a well-oiled machine! Way to go PA!

The driving instructor was very rude and ignorant plus failed me for no reason on my parallel parking, I was inside the line with all 4 tires and never hit a cone. He was a older male I didn’t get his name. I would never go there again

At the time I was there there were there were very few people. My purpose was to have my 89 year old mother's ID picture taken. Debbie was just wonderful with her and made us feel very valued valued. Ralph took her picture and couldn't have been kinder to each of us use us. Kathy was helpful in getting others to the proper place.
Overall a great experience.

It sucked. I was there by 12: 40/ lunchtime and waited till 1: 30. There was a man whom went inside the building and he never opened the door to help find out why I was there. There were other people waiting in there vehicles also

Very nice and helpful people. I could hear some conversations as I waited. They were polite and compassionate. Small place but fast service.
