Pennsylvania Department of Transportation - Drivers License Center, Beaver Falls

Received a letter and email stating my duplicate license would be free and since I never received it and they still charged me nearly $50. The woman was rude and disrespectful.

We had a great experience for my daughter's driver's test. The first lady we met, at the front desk, was helpful and wished my daughter good luck with a friendly smile. The examiner, Notlef, actually was able to make my daughter smile and relax before the exam, at a time when she was extremely stressed. We knew she was ready to test and pass, but with the level of nerves she was feeling we were little concerned. He was able to help calm her a bit with his jovial and friendly demeanor, allowing her to focus and do wonderfully. It was as though Notlef remembered how nervewracking the test can be and exactly how to help! Thank you to everyone we interacted with for your help and kindness!

I got my license in just 4 days from learner permission to final licence. The staff is very understanding and welcoming. I was nervous after reading all the reviews. I don't remember the name as I am bad at remembering the name but the lady at window 5, guy at window 4 / 8 and the main person. Including the final guy who printed my licence, they are all awesome. Thank you all for a memorable experience getting my first license.

Prepare for your business to take twice as long as you expect. I was there more than 4 hours

Moved back from Colorado and tried to switch my license back to a PA one. I had a few unpaid tickets that I took care of before I went in and thought I was good to go.
We get to the end of the process and tell me I need to contact the Colorado DMV, I did so and they told me I was good to go and there was nothing on their end holding it up. Long story short I had to do this on five separate occasions. Finally I drove Jan hour a d a half to another DMV and they solved it with a phone call. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

The supervisor was the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. He was condescending and arrogant

I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of time that I had to wait until it was my turn. When I walked in and seen how many people were ahead of me I figured I'd be there waiting all day, but I ended up being called in only around 15 minutes.

Poor customer service. Attendant handling my ID renewal was not polite and barely spoke a word to me when I asked questions. Waited over 30 minutes for my next number to be called only to have to get a new number because the attendant did not put me in the system. My friend who came with me for the same thing was done within 10 minutes compared to my experience.

Giving two stars rather than one because the second person I dealt with was actually really nice and helpful. I went in to renew my license and already paid for it online. Accidentally forgot my wallet and the first person sitting at counter 8 was so rude and condescending I couldn’t even believe it. He also wanted to charge me again for the processing. After having a rough morning I could’ve done without the snide rude commentary from him. After I came back, Second person at counter 6 was able to cancel my online renewal and help me get me license in person without extra charge. He was super helpful and pleasant.

Don’t trust the website for their hours. Closed on Saturday October 7th because of Columbus Day being on Monday. Saturday is not the holiday. Only government employees get different days off for the “observance “ of a holiday.

I came here for my drivers exam and all the employees we interacted with were very nice. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful and both examiners I had were very calm and nice. The man I had for my second exam was even reminding testers to take a deep breath and relax. I would highly recommend coming here for your drivers exam

Do not go here. Literally failed because I have a back up camera and it beeps and she failed me. Also, they talked to me like i’m dumb. Didn’t even get to use my three forwards. Waste of time highly don’t recommend.

These folks here are some of the finest folks you'll ever meet in your life. Praise God!
I'd have given it five stars, but it is the DMV after all.

I was dreading going to the dmv to put my new dot medical card on file when I got there I was blessed to be helped by a guy name Turner he was so knowledgeable pleasant to talk to it was the best dmv experience in 30 years thank you Turner and Bob

Rescheduled my driving skills test here and had to drive almost 50miles. Nevertheless, i passed my exam. Sharon is simply the best. Very pleasant and professional.
