The absolute worst I told them what I was there for only to be told I was in the wrong place the person that gave me the wrong Information needs to retire i sat there half hour time wasted

The wait was not to long. They take credit, debit or money order. Make sure you have everything you need.

A little more time spent here than usual due to social distancing, but very clean and efficient staff!

This is one of the best If not thee best Dmv's! Very clean, friendly.and they get you in and out! A+

Went here to take my permit test.arrived at 10: 45 on a Friday morning, there were about 10-13 people in front of me. I got inside the penndot at 11: 08, waited for like 30 minutes for my number to be called and then I was out the location with my permit at 12 pm sharp.definitely fast and organized, best location I've been to in philly that's for sure

Went here for my drivers test! The best experience I’ve ever had at a DMV! My instructor name was willie he absolutely amazing! Made me super comfortable from the time he introduced him self til the time he told me I passed my test! VERY easy test & very nice man. I loved his energy he mad me not one bit of nervous. I was nothing less then pleased with the service

Wow! This was the quickest and best customer service I have ever experienced at a DMV. I have been procrastinating in getting my license renewed because of changing my name and address. The clerks were super helpful and efficient! My total time there was 35 minutes!

I had a great experience here at this location. Front desk lady was super nice, and all other stuff I met was no hesitated helped me through my question. Specially lady at counter 5 named Matilda was super knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed. I will recommend this place to everyone.

Only take check or money orders? I've never heard of that in my life.
Wasted a ton of my only day off only to be told that they only take checks. This wasn't told to me on the website or on the phone when we called.
What does the DMV do when people's checks bounce?
I had cash in hand ready to pay and they refused it.

The black drivers test chick is highly recommended as a rude witch. She yells and talks to the drivers with no ounce of respect. And she kept me along with another test driver waiting all day. So when I time was over after she finally came out we still had to wait for the new time driver.

Mornings seem like the time to go. Our previous visit was in the afternoon and it was packed. At 9: 30am on our most recent visit, we experienced very little wait. Unfortunately we did not have all the required documents, but the clerk gave detailed instructions and seemed happy to do so.

Went for daughter's permit + my motorcycle permit. Was there at 8: 30am and it was empty. (Also day after a big snow storm, which probably helped.) Courteous staff, excellent experience!

It was very good service. Polite staff. If you go between 8.40-9.30 it's very fast service as less people.

Even when I didn't live close by to that neighborhood this center has always been my no. 1 choice. Never experienced a long wait

Longest wait I've ever had at a DMV, needs a major overall, the people were nice but have to put up with outdated and inadequate technology. I highly recommend getting an electronic board/screen so people can see where they are in line instead of apparently random number calling.

Don't take your diving test anywhere else, best license center out of all of em. Tom is the best!

I went to go take my drivers test. I was already nervous because of simply taking my test, but the instructor Tim made me feel so relaxed. I passed my test and he let me know I did a good job & will be fine driving. I would tell everyone to go to Ogontz to take there test. They make you feel so at ease.

Inside was clean, just extremely crowded. Make sure your day is free of plans before going because some days are lucky and leave within an hour some days you're not and it takes forever to be seen.
